10 mins. to Kemah Boardwalk, 25 mins. to Galveston & many top rated restaurants close by. Modern gourmet kitchen w/ state of the art appliances, a spacious peninsula island, & quartz countertops. Fully-equipped kitchen w/breakfast bar seating.

The dining & living room are filled w/ natural light & leads out to a large deck, perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the water and sipping on your favorite beverage.

OASIS RETREAT
The primary king retreat has an ensuite spa-like bathroom & private balcony with bay views. Roku flat screen tv.

PARADISE RETREAT
The paradise retreat has a queen size bed & a private balcony. Adjacent is a luxurious full bath. Roku flat screen tv.
