Spacious Home in Ideal Location!

We stayed two nights at the end of our three week Europe trip and could not have been more pleased to end the trip in this home. It is spacious and clean and the hosts were so helpful with their communication and advice on where to park. The had a few cans of beer and wine and some snacks in the fridge - which was really nice. The view is beautiful overlooking the sea. Unfortunately, some young adults decided to have a big party in the upstairs unit on our last night and were very loud. But that can happen anywhere. And it is good to note that although it is a ground floor unit, it is 21 stone steps from the street in front and even more from the street behind. But you can't really get away from stairs in Dubrovnik. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was an excellent place to stay in Dubrovnik, perfectly located just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and a 10-minute walk to some wonderful swimming spots. The owner was extremely responsive, flexible, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. It's a beautiful old villa with high ceilings, two bedrooms, a formal dining room and kitchen and a lovely outdoor sitting area overlooking the Adriatic. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

The view of the sea was awesome. We loved the outdoor seating area. The inside is a little dark. The second bathroom is functional but very small and the washing machine is in the same room.

Regarding your comment about the apartment feeling dark, we were a little surprised, as the apartment features 3-meter-high ceilings, which usually create a very bright and spacious atmosphere. A 100 m² apartment of this standard is considered a real luxury in Croatia, and we strive to provide our guests with both comfort and ample living space. As for the laundry appliances, they are located in the bathrooms because the apartment does not have a separate utility room. We have arranged them in the most practical way possible while maintaining the comfort and functionality of the space. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We absolutely loved our stay here. The outdoor space with the view of the Adriatic was stunning, it was hard to tear yourself away to go out for the day! Ivanka and Dube are wonderful hosts who were so accommodating when our flight was cancelled and we needed to extend our stay. Communication was very easy. The apartment is just a 7 minute walk to Old Town, less than 10 minutes to the market and very near to two bus stops which made good pick up points if you are taking any small group tours. There were things to see on every walk we took near the house. I can not imagine a better location if you want to be near to everything but have a neighborhood feel. The house itself is historically interesting which we loved, everything was extremely clean, comfortable beds and necessities thoughtfully provided. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home we felt very lucky to have found you!
