Welcome to Magic Village Views, a luxury gated community just one mile from Disney’s Magic Kingdom. This modern villa features 4 suites and accommodates up to 10 guests, offering style, comfort, and privacy with Smart TVs and en-suite bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, chic décor, and a private patio with barbecue grill—perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks.

Bedroom 2 – 1 King bed, 1 sofa bed (Smart TV only, cable not available)
Bedroom 3 – 2 Twin beds
Bedroom 4 – 2 Twin beds
Beds can accommodate 8 guests. 2 would have to sleep in a small sofa bed. Designed for a small adult or kid.

Resort Amenities: Enjoy the pool, sports courts, and fitness center for an additional $100 per group + taxes, per day.

Guest Information:

Housekeeping: Cleaning is not provided during the stay. Optional daily or mid-stay service available upon request (extra fee).

Food & Beverages: Not provided, in compliance with Florida law. Guests must supply their own groceries and condiments.

Trash Disposal: Trash is collected daily. Please use 13-gallon bags and place them in the bin outside next to the front door to help keep the home clean and tidy.

Parking: Designated parking spot in front of the house.

Linens & Towels: Clean sheets and towels provided.

Starter Supplies: We provide starter supplies only, intended for the beginning of your stay. Additional items must be purchased by the guest as needed.
Full Bathrooms:
• One bar of soap
• Two 30 ml bottles (2-in-1 shampoo & conditioner)
• Two toilet paper rolls
• One small trash bag
Half Bathroom:
• One bar of soap
• Two toilet paper rolls
Kitchen:
• Two paper towel rolls
• Two 13-gallon trash bags in the bin + one extra
• Dish soap, one dishwasher pod, and one sponge
Laundry:
• One laundry detergent pod
Starter supplies are limited. Any additional quantities must be purchased by the guest at a nearby store.

Kitchen Amenities: Blender, toaster, air fryer, Nespresso Vertuo Machine (pods not provided), and coffee maker (coffee powder not provided).

Extra fee for BBQ use ($75 one-time).
