The Space:

Tucked away in a peaceful area of the resort along a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s also the ideal blend of leisure and adventure.



At “The Grand Clubhouse,” guests will enjoy a host of onsite amenities such as the resort-style pool with water slide, poolside cabanas, state-of-the-art fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and recreational area. The kids will enjoy floating along the lazy river, while parents can enjoy a soak in the hot tub while sipping on frozen cocktails from the poolside café.



Situated on the Ronald Reagan Parkway, you’ll be ideally positioned for a trip to Disney and all other popular attractions. You’ll also be just a short drive to ChampionsGate Village, benefitting from an incredible selection of dining and shopping. Numerous award-winning championship golf courses offer a day on the links to work on your swing, while you can satisfy you retail side at the Posner Park Shopping Mall inclusive of a multiscreen cinema complex among a wide variety of stores and restaurants.



At the home, the spacious, full-screened patio provides a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby attractions, with comfortable chaise and sofa seating and plenty of spots to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. With no neighbors to the rear of the patio, privacy is in abundance while you splash and play in the sparkling inground pool or soak your tired muscles in the overflowing spa.



Indoors, the open concept living area is ideal for gathering, whether you're enjoying a meal together, catching up with loved ones, or planning your next adventure. Spread out along the plush L-shaped sofa or have a seat in the blue velour armchair, streaming all your favorite shows on the smart TV. Upstairs, a second living area offers a unique entertainment experience, the perfect spot for an immersive movie night on the projector TV or heart-pumping rounds of foosball.



Back downstairs, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances, marbled granite countertops, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks for your group. After dinner, step into the game room, located in the garage, where hours of fun await with games and activities that everyone can enjoy. Recently renovated second floor flooring, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.



This home sleeps up to 13 guests between 5 private bedrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully themed, with the enchanting world of Frozen, the thrilling universe of Marvel, and the epic adventure of Star Wars brought to life through creative decor and attention to detail.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin bunk beds with twin trundle and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #5 includes a full size bed, twin size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.



• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles with additional parking on the street where marked. Guests will receive a maximum of 5 parking passes upon arrival.



• An additional one-time resort fee of $48 will be due upon arrival, payable by credit or debit card only. Guests will receive a Resort Access Card (2 cards max per party) granting access to the pool, as well an entry code granting access to the gym.



• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.



• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.



This home is located in a prime location with all major attractions just a hop, skip, and a jump away; Walt Disney World (12 miles), Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge (12 miles), Universal Studios (21 miles), Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22 miles), and SeaWorld (17 miles), Busch Gardens (61 miles). Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 10 miles away. A day trip will take you several local beaches, including Clearwater Beach (85 miles), Cocoa Beach (77 miles), and Daytona Beach (84 miles).
