Our peaceful 2-bedroom house has everything you need for your Napanee trip. Whether you are in Town for work or pleasure. The house comes with newly renovated sunroom, large back deck and yard. Propane firepit and BBQ. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a fully stocked kitchen, living room has smart TV with Netflix and Disney +. Enjoy the electric fireplace while you watch a movie. Our BNB is within short driving or walking distance to several nice shops and Restaurants, Near by Ball Diamond, Hockey Arena and Golf course. An ideal base to explore Napanee and surrounding areas like Kingston, Bath, Picton and right between Toronto and Ottawa. House will be decorated for each season and holiday. Close to 401 and Via Rail. We have some lawn darts and horse shoes for outdoor fun, indoor and outdoor toys for children.
There are outdoor security camera's for everyone's safety, and self entry access.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Why they chose this property

This is a mature, quiet neighbourhood, with many beautiful Century Homes around it. We live right next door if you should need anything at all. Makes it very convenient to manage and maintain the property

What makes this property unique

This location is walking distance to Napanee's Fair Grounds which have several outdoor concerts in the summer and of course the fair in August, the Curling Club is beside the Fair Grounds. Two convivence Stores nearby, hospital a couple blocks away and several Churches
