We invite you to relax, rejuvenate and recharge at our beautiful beach vacation home that is close to everything Port Aransas, Texas has to offer. This coastal retreat has 4 bedrooms, a welcoming open kitchen/dining/living area, 2.5 bathrooms, and best of all - a screened-in patio that looks right out onto the sparkling pool. With stained concrete floors, white-washed pine walls and amber pine ceilings – this house is the classic coastal home you’ve been searching for!

Spectrum Ultra Highspeed internet connection (400mbps) for those who need to telework! Great connectivity for video zoom calls, streaming movies, and more! Cable Tv in every room, board games, dominoes, cards and more. Ping-pong table and paddles for some table-tennis competitions. Semi-private pool with shallow end for the little ones. Loads of fun for the family right at your fingertips.

Located on the corner of Avenue C and 10th street, this home is within an easy few blocks walk through quiet residential streets to the beach. It’s also within easy walking distance to great restaurants and bars on Beach Street, the IGA Grocery Store, and Island Café on Main Street. Don't want to carry your stuff to the beach? ... No problem, you can drive on the sand and park right next to your sandy destination. Pick your favorite spot and set up camp, all you need is a blanket and cooler! (don't forget to pick up your parking sticker, around $15 for the year).

Rented a house in Port A before? Then you know most houses here only have a 1-car driveway. Finding parking for that 3rd or 4th car can be a nightmare (think tickets and/or towing). Not for us! We easily have space for 4 in our extra-wide driveway. And you can park an additional car in garage if you had to. Have a boat? No problem! We've got 32 feet of driveway space to fit most bay boats. Overnight boat parking OK here. Additional overflow parking available across the street in the summer time.

Is tennis your thing? Enjoy table tennis with the ping pong table setup right in our garage. Or if you prefer a full court experience, the high school tennis courts are free and open to the public. And once again, just a block or two from our place!

Rent a fun golf cart or bike and cruise around the island in style! Oh, and park it in our garage for safe keeping. Surf and sun, shopping, fishing and eating – it’s all just around the corner. Tired of the sand and salt, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower and then cannon ball into the pool. Still not cooled off? Pull your lounge chair into the shallow 'beach' area of the pool and grab a refreshment. You'll be better in no time!

This is an ideal house for one large family, or two families to split.

The LIVING room is fully furnished with:

The KITCHEN is well equipped with everything you need to cook up a great meal during the day or night:

The screened-in PORCH comfortably seats 6, and provides a fabulous place to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your margarita at night! The porch overlooks the common area with pool, BBQ pits, and washers game to relax and rejuvenate.

All four BEDROOMS are upstairs and can easily sleep 8 with two king beds, one queen bed, and a bunk room (full-over-full bunk bed) specifically designed to be a fun space to sleep, or hang out and watch a movie at the end of a fun day.
• All bedrooms are equipped with 400-thread count sheets, cozy quilts, and flat screen cable TVs. (TV/DVD Combo in the bunk room!)
• Ceiling fans above and wood floors below give these 4 bedrooms a charming coastal feel to relax and get a great night’s sleep!
• Configuration: Bedroom 1 has king bed, Bedroom 2 has queen bed, Bedroom 3 has king bed and Bedroom 4 has a full-over-full sized bunk bed.
