New community with great beach access

Great new and clean condo unit. Didnt ever see one bug. Easy access to beach and pool. Had all the cooking supplies/materials we needed to cook in 2 nights. We stayed with friends with 4 kids under 8 years old and the bath/bed setup was great! Community is under construction but the workers never bothered us and was never too loud. Recommend the golf cart to get to board walk or by beach pass to drive. Its walkable but difficult with kids and kids stuff/coolers. Pool was warm but storm cooled it off the next day. They enforce no coolers or outside snacks bc they have a snack shop and bar (wine & beer) on the pool property. Black Marlin and Reds were great food with walking/golf cart distance too. Would definitely come back here on our next Port A adventure.
