This spacious upscale condo is truly one of a kind. The views make you feel like you are right over the water. Watch people fish from the private pier, dolphins play and ships cruise by right from your sofa. This condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom a Queen. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. The kitchen comes completely stocked with everything you would need to cook your catch of the day. Channel view Condominiums is located in town and within walking distance to many of the restaurants and bars Port A has to offer. This condo is also located on the third floor and there is no elevator access but the walk up the stairs is well worth it for the view.

Cool Place

We loved the view of the channel and the variety of watching the dolphins and the huge ships outside our window. The pool was nice and the location is close to the beach and the restaurants.

Great View

The view was exactly what I wanted. We got to see all the ships, lots of sea turtles, dolphins, etc. The cleanliness was great when we arrived. However, the number of people using the pier at night to fish that were not guests was disappointing. Being able to fish was a big part of our plans during our stay and we got crowded off the pier by people coming in from the road.

Fantastic View

Beautiful, updated condo with an elegant “island” style. Very comfortable. Stocked well with quality appliances and household goods. Ships passing through the channel made for awesome viewing and dolphins everywhere in the morning and early evening. Property Management team is professional and friendly. Had a great time! Great place to relax and enjoy the views, very nice accommodations. Parking lot is super tight and spaces are narrow. It was difficult to park my full-sized pickup.
