Our 760 sq ft home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a comfortable stay.

Enjoy this cozy house with plenty of space for the family or group of friends! As you enter the home you are greeted with the spacious living room area with a wall-mounted 55-inch smart tv just log into your favorite streaming service on our 1Gig speed superfast wifi. A coffee bar area and intimate eating area lead into the kitchen with stainless steel fridge, stove, and microwave oven. There is a bar countertop area with seating for 2 provided. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a home-cooked meal. Plates and silverware are available as well as paper plates & cups to take on the go. Cleaning supplies can be found In the cabinet under the sink. Keurig coffee and tea pods, creamer & sweeteners are provided for free.

Bedroom #1- has a queen medium memory foam bed with 43-inch smart tv, ready for you to log into your favorite streaming service or you can enjoy 150 plus free tv channels.

The second bedroom has two matching twin beds with medium memory foam mattresses and a 43-inch smart tv, ready for you to log into your favorite streaming service or you can enjoy 150 plus free tv channels.

The bathroom has a tub-shower combo. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for free. Vanity with hand soap and paper towels provided.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer with starter laundry soap, and dryer sheets provided. Guests are able to wash laundry before heading back home.

The kitchen has pots pans, silverware, and dinnerware for 4-6 people. Plasticware and disposable plates and cups are also provided for families on the go.

We have a large fenced backyard. No smoking is allowed inside the property but feel free to relax, smoke or vape outside. Please use and empty ashtrays in the garbage provided.

The home is secured with a ring doorbell and smart lock front entrance. The front door smart lock code is changed after each guest.

Free parking is provided on the property driveway for 2 cars.
