Property is on Country Club Blvd and close to Cape Coral Center and all other conscience, super markets and shopping areas in 10 min any direction. - Feel free to bring your boat, from the dock it is easy 7 min drive out to river which leads to Gulf, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. - Ft Myers Beach is also close by, and Ft Myers Downtown for festivities just over the bridge. - You will have a comfortable and enjoyable living in this property with all amenities of SW Florida near by. Gorgeous view

We loved the lanai and canal view. The pool issues were addressed and made our last two weeks very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay for the second year. This rental is clean, quiet and comfortable. The host is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The water view is beautiful and the pool was used everyday. We will be back next year and hopefully for many years to come.
