Great room for a work trip

I had a work trip for a week and booked this room for the week. The room was well furnished and had everything I needed. Great little community around it. I spent each night exercising through the historic homes and area. I thoroughly enjoyed my time.

This neighborhood is located in one of the best areas of Jacksonville and family friendly. The safety and close proximity to the river, restaurants, and grocery stores/shopping made it an easy choice

What makes this property unique

Our property stands out because of its location (central to downtown, minute walk to the St. John’s river, less than half hour to the beach, and lots of restaurants/shopping nearby) privacy and cozy nature. We newly renovated the bathroom and purchased high quality furnishings to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Guests often comment on how comfy the bed is (purple mattress!) and how clean the space is. We pride ourselves in providing a clean, private, and comfortable space for guests to unwind and relax.
