Experience a getaway like no other at this lakefront home that is perfect for your next family adventures! This lovely home was built in the 70s and the owners have held true to the design and maintained the look while including modern features to provide you with the ultimate vacation spot for your family and friends.

This retreat is conveniently located in a very private neighborhood on the shores of Pennesseewaussee Lake where you can enjoy unlimited lake and water fun! You have an 8’ x 10’ dock with two Adirondack chairs for your sunset viewing pleasure. The boat dock itself is available upon request. There is also a private kayak launch with two kayaks, two canoes, and life jackets. The extensive back lawn also boasts a firepit to cook s’mores or roast hot dogs, a covered grilling area with an outdoor dining table, and a gas grill for summertime barbeques. Get the party going with a full-size, built-in shuffleboard by the lake. There is also cornhole and bocce ball available for your outdoor pleasure. Save the lively game of Ping-Pong in the garage for that rainy day. This is definitely a great place to make some core memories with your family and friends!

Inside this magnificent home away from home you will find two living areas next to each other. The first one features a smart TV with WiFi access to log into your own streaming services, and gorgeous lake views with plenty of inviting sofas. The second one has an electric fireplace and plenty of seating. The perfect spot to unwind after your day. Prepare your guests’ favorite recipes in the well-appointed kitchen and surprise them with a delicious treat! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including a dishwasher and an air fryer. A dedicated laundry area with a washer/dryer in the hallway could help you change your mind and stay longer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The water and dock are located in front of the home. This area is shared with the owners who may walk through to launch their own kayaks or boat. The owner’s two (blue) kayaks are available to renters if not in current use.
Never lose power with an automatic generator.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details: 17 foot T-deck.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
