Redwood Oasis - Private Heated Pool by State Park!

Welcome to your home away from home, located in a nice neighborhood near Henry Cowell State Redwood Park. (CO03328). This entire home features newly remodeled 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and dine-in kitchen overlooking a glimmering pool, heated upon request (extra fee) for your dedicated and private use. Centrally located near downtown Felton, you're also just a short drive to many local, family-friendly attractions.

The Space:
Open the front door and you will walk into the living room, kitchen & dining areas that overlook the sparkling clean swimming pool. Pool towels and toys are provided for your enjoyment. Your home features two bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a king memory foam bed, work desk, wardrobe organizer and TV. Under the king bed you will find the baby bath, travel crib and luggage stands. The second bedroom has 3 twin memory foam beds (1 bunk bed and 1 single). A retro arcade gaming experience with 1,000+ games is connected to the TV in this bedroom. There is a dresser with some children's books. The modern bathroom includes all your toiletries and fresh clean towels.

Guest Access:
The entire home and swimming pool is for you only! The oval pool is roughly 15' x 30' and is for your private use. The pool is not shared with others.

There is a second rental home, not included, called "Redwood Grove". It flanks the other side of the pool and it is separated and closed off from the pool area. If rented together with Redwood Oasis, Redwood Grove can also access the pool area through a locked gate.

You have shared parking directly in front of the home by the street. Do not block the long driveway to the second home.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a charming rural mountain town and is within walking distance to Henry Cowell State Redwood Park, home to old growth forests and spectacular redwood giants. Next door to the state park is Roaring Camp Railroads offering steam train rides through the redwoods and activities for children in their western style train station. You are close to picturesque hiking trails such as Fall Creek and quaint boutique shops and gourmet eateries in downtown Felton. Just a quick 20 minute drive to Santa Cruz beaches, Boardwalk amusement park and more.

Getting Around:
This home offers two off-street parking spaces for compact to mid-sized cars in front of the home, reserved just for you. If you enjoy walking, you can easily walk 10-20 minutes to Henry Cowell State Park, Felton Library, Farmer's market (seasonal) and downtown Felton shops and restaurants. Otherwise, they are just a few minutes away by car. Parking is easy in and around Felton.

Other Things to Note:
Please know that during winter storms or high winds, this area may experience power and internet outages.

Pool use is prohibited during heavy rain and storms.

Guests must request pool heating at least 24 hours before their stay. Pool heating daily fee varies seasonally, with higher fees typically applied during the cooler months and lower fees in warmer months due to fluctuating costs (typically $49 - $89 per day). Please note, the pool will not be heated on check-out day.

Laundry use is prohibited during winter rain season, typically Dec-April.
