Welcome to your home away from home, located in a nice neighborhood walkable to Henry Cowell State Redwood Park. This entire home features newly remodeled 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and dine-in kitchen overlooking a glimmering pool, heated upon request (extra fee) for your dedicated and private use. Centrally located near downtown Felton, you're also just a short drive to many local, family-friendly attractions.

THE SPACE
Open the front door and you will walk into the living room, kitchen & dining areas that overlook the sparkling clean swimming pool. Pool towels and toys are provided for your enjoyment. Your home features two bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a king memory foam bed, work desk, wardrobe organizer and TV. Under the king bed you will find the baby bath, travel crib and luggage stands. The second bedroom has 3 twin memory foam beds (bunk beds and single). A retro arcade gaming experience with 1,000+ games is connected to the TV in this bedroom. There is a dresser with some children's books. The modern bathroom includes all your toiletries and fresh clean towels.

Must be house-trained, crated if left alone, and kept off furniture

Pool hours: 8 AM – 9 PM
Pool heating available (24+ hr notice, 2-day min, not heated on checkout day)
No pool use during storms
Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM
Laundry unavailable during winter rainy season
Occasional brief outages may occur during severe weather
A 3% processing fee applies to all full refunds
