Coastal townhome located East of Route 1 in Lewes, De. The property provides convenient access to bike trails, downtown Lewes, and several nearby beaches.

Explore charming Historic downtown Lewes, where you will find an array of delightful restaurants and unique shops. Experience the beauty of the nearby canal at sunset for a truly unforgettable view.

•Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with Queen beds, dressers and closets
•Bath: 2 full baths and 1/2 bath
•Kitchen: Drip and K-cup coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking supplies
•Parking: 2 designated parking spaces directly outside the entrance of the home with additional parking available in the community.
•Pool: Community pool Memorial Day - Labor Day
•Fireplace: November - March.

As you step onto the 1st floor, you will be greeted by an open floor plan that offers ample room for your group. The kitchen is equipped for those who enjoy cooking while traveling. Relax on the back deck with a refreshing breeze and picturesque view of the surrounding woods.

Venture up to the 2nd floor, where you will find 3 bedrooms, each with a Queen memory foam mattress and blackout curtains. The master bedroom has a private full bath, while an additional full bath is conveniently located on the same floor. All bedrooms are equipped with closets and dressers, providing storage space for your belongings.

For your convenience, our space also features a full-size basement. This is a secure and easily accessible way to store your bikes.

This townhouse is in the perfect location for having a quiet and relaxing stay while also being so close to restaurants, stores, and various events. Our compliments to the cleaning service because of the impeccable cleanliness! We loved the kitchen where we prepared some meals. The interior is perfectly decorated plus the hostess has provided so many special amenities such as coffee, hot tea, snacks, cooking oils, spices, cotton balls, Q-tips, kleenex tissues ... the list goes on. And plan on getting the best sleep on the most comfy mattesses! We will be back!

Amazing Delaware Trip

Definitely one of the cleanest and well stocked places our family has stayed. Communication was great! Tons of space for our family of four to spread out. Wonderful location (we enjoyed Lewes, Rehobeth, Cape Henlopen State Park, & Bethany Beach during our three day stay). Lots of great local breweries in the area too. Highly recommend this property!
