This house is a delight

Our family stayed here for a family wedding and it was a joy. It was clean with the light from many windows. The great number of bedrooms allowed for a space for everyone, the teens were upstairs and the adults elsewhere. there is a delightful porch and I love the little swing, and a large deck with different levels. The kids enjoyed the firepit and smore's. You can hear the stream flowing all night and it is a very restful and calming sound. You can even see a little waterfall and deer. The house is close to Callicoon, a very quaint and yet lively town with enough places to eat and shop and roam around. It is within easy walking distance. Overall the house affords a lovely vacation. And the owners are extremely helpful and pleasnt and respond immediately. I highly recommend a stay at the Gables.
