This property was a good fit for our extended family vacation. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed and more. Greg was great, he was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!

Gregory's property on Higgins lake is amazing! Exactly as pictured on Vrbo. A pristine home on a pristine lake. The sunsets were some of the most beautiful I've seen in Northern Michigan. We rented a pontoon and cruised the crystal clear water of Higgins Lake. Enjoyed a couple of camp fires down by the water and evening cocktails on the deck. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds very comfy. We had rain for a couple of days and would have enjoyed a little more indoor seating in the great room for our party of 8 adults. We all agreed the view from the house onto the lake "Never gets old." Pre check-in communication was very prompt and helpful. This group has vacationed at Higgins for 6 years and we will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home Gregory.

We loved our week at Higgins Lake! The house was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies that we needed. We had so much fun kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming in the lake. It had great outdoor spaces as well as indoor spaces to gather. It was perfect!

Excellent Lakehouse Getaway

Wonderful house with amenities for cooking, a huge deck with plenty of chairs for guests, the grill worked very well, and the bottom of the lake was sandy and perfect for small children to play without deep water. Highly recommend this house.

Family vacation

House and property were ideal for our large family with 4 teenage grandkids. The grandkids enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards and sunning on the platform in the water. Overall, another great family vacation!

A Perfect Higgins Lake Stay

We had an awesome week at this property. We had 5 Adults and 4 kids and everyone had the best time! The home was immaculately clean upon arrival and check in was very easy! The kids loved the beach to play at and we enjoyed sunset views in the evening. At the end of the trip we all said we would definitely rent this home again!

Lovely Lake Home

This home was exactly as pictured. Everything was extremely clean and for being a lake house, it was very impressive. Owner was very responsive any time a question was asked and provided many items for our stay both inside and out. Would definitely recommend this lake home for your stay at Higgins Lake!

Lake Getaway

Place was awesome. Space was comfortable and clean. View was amazing. Nice dock extending into lake. House had good supplies. Our family does a long water weekend every year and we will be coming back to this one. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Family lake house getaway

We had a great time at this brand new lake house on Higgins lake. It's in a great location, with beautiful lake views all day long (especially at sunset). The kitchen and dining room are spacious and we'll equipped. The five bedrooms are all very nice and fit our needs perfectly. Having 3 full bathrooms is great. This lake house has wonderful outside spaces also. A very large deck with grill, small private beach, water-side fire ring and a very long dock. We really enjoyed the provided kayaks, paddle boards and outdoor games. Greg is a very understanding host. He answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

Everything with the House was Terrific. We had no problems. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed, we did use the gas grille to grill steaks one night and burgers and brats a different time. Many games were played on the dining room table. FIFA Soccer was on the entire week we were there and with the weather not being so great I believe the men watched about every game. The Lake View was just gorgeous and sunsets were second to none. Thank you .
