Close Enough to the Lake!

Great location, we needed a place to crash after attending a boat owner party. Didn’t mind not being on the water. Enough parking, super clean and nicely updated. Cute coffee bar and clean water provided. Will stay here again!

Love the decor and amenities. Has everything needed for your stay. Great location for my needs. Communication with Carla was excellent! She’s very quick to respond to messages.

Everything you need in the PERFECT location

This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome was the perfect "home base" for my family's trip to Brownwood. It's only 10 minutes to the State Park and 10 minutes to town. Plus, Carla was great to work with. Her messages were timely and clear, and the property was exactly as presented online. I'm so happy we found this place. I know we'll be back for our next weekend hiking trip.

A Real Texas Treasure

I've stayed in many vacation rentals across the U.S. and in foreign countries and this rental is a chart topper. The hosts have given exceptional attention and care to every detail. It's clean, well-decorated and appointed. I love the labels they've applied to various necessities, like "Towels" on the cabinet doors and "Coffee and Tea" where those items can be found. The water pressure in the shower is the strongest I've experienced anywhere. I told the hosts that I can't give them only 5 Stars because they and their rental deserve 10 Stars. I will definitely stay there again, and I highly recommend it. Great place to stay for visitors to Howard Payne functions or vacationers going to enjoy the beautiful water at Lake Brownwood. Thank you, Carla and Manuel for your kindness.May God bless you continually.
