Just 1.5 miles from the golden sands of the beach, our tranquil oasis is tucked away in a vibrant, upscale residential neighborhood, the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. Discover retail shops, kayak rentals and jet ski tours a mere mile away, ensuring a thrilling Floridian adventure. Our home offers access to two inviting pools, boat dock, and a lush tropical grounds that transport you to your very own island retreat. The space
Although technically an apartment, this space is actually more like a private villa on a waterfront estate, with a private entrance, parking right in front of the home, and only one adjacent neighbor. A picturesque dock is steps away and we have a boat slip available by special request for an additional fee.

You'll have full access to 2 pools (one just steps out the patio doors), outdoor shower, dock, and 2 laundry rooms.

Wonderful location and lovely place

This villa is exceptionally clean and the hosts go above expectations! The welcome was received with snacks and wine! The beds were very comfortable and the towels very plush and soft. Many extras, like soaps, lotion, sunscreen, beach chairs, coffee. Beautiful area amoungst million dollar plus, homes. Wish we could have stayed longer.
