Charming bay house on canal with boat slip

Fabulous location with incredible unobstructed bay views from our main deck. Float your cares away, kayak or paddleboard in our canal. Fish from the deck. Walk one block over to the Sea Isle Marina, Boat Launch, Restaurant, Bar, Swimming Pool and Tennis Courts. Walk 3 blocks over to the Sea Isle Fishing Pier and Dos Vacas Muertas Bird Sanctuary where you can fish or bird watch or 4 blocks over to the Milton Pines Playground and Pavilion. Located on a low-traffic cul-de-sac street and a low-traffic cul-de-sac canal. The canal goes straight out to the bay so you have great bay views and good water circulation in the canal, but very little boat traffic because it only services 40 homes making it a fabulous place for floating, kayaking (2 included), paddleboarding (2 included), and floats for our guests to use. This home has a large fenced yard with grass, which is very hard to find on the water in Galveston, so it's perfect for dogs. Owners allow pets on a case-by-case basis. Amenities and Extra Fees - Pets - 1 dog permitted on case-by-case basis with pet fee. Please give us your pet details (age, weight, breed, flea medication) before booking and ask for permission before booking - Charcoal Grill - Provided by Pump for Inflating Floats - Provided by Owners at no charge - Fishing Pier - for residents and guests only - No Charge. Golf Cart - available for use for additional fee. Reservation details will be provided upon booking. Tennis Courts - Available first come first serve, no extra fee. You need to bring your own rackets and balls. Sea Isle Play Ground - No Charge - Swimming Pool - Open Memorial Day - Labor Day and on a limited basis in May and October. Guests must purchase a $100 pool pass which covers their entire group (up to 10 people) for the entire stay. Boat Launch- Guests can use the Sea Isle Boat Launch with no extra fee. Boat Mooring - you can tie your boat up at the house, there's plenty of room along the bulk head and we have a very wide canal. Games - We have numerous board games, and some outdoor games like Corn Hole, Jenga, and Pickleball
