BEAUTIFUL 2BR/2BA Beach Front Condo, Both Kings, Sleeps 5, Free Beach Service!

Enjoy a brand-new 6th floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the West building of Beach Colony Resort in Navarre, Florida! All new furnishings with remodeled kitchen and showers. The sugar-white sand and crystal-clear water make Navarre Beach a spectacular vacation spot. Visit Beach Colony Resort and make your dream vacation come true!

Just to let you know, smoking is NOT allowed in the condo, on the balcony, or in the atrium. Pets are NOT allowed. Sorry. No Exceptions.

The condo is newly furnished with a king bed in each bedroom. There are Smart flat screen TVs in each bedroom and living room along with free wi-fi. The unit has tile floors throughout and ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. There is a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer, and all towels and linens are included. The condo sleeps 5 people and is great for couples or young families.

The living room has a panoramic view of the Gulf with a 55” Smart TV and a Blue-Ray/DVD player. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open onto the incredible 245 square foot gulf front terrace. The expansive balcony has two lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset dinner while taking in the spectacular views.

The master bedroom features a king bed with a 43” Smart TV and beachfront balcony access. The attached bath has a jetted tub with gulf views, separate walk-in shower, and double vanity.

The second bedroom features a king bed, a twin day bed, and a 43” Smart TV. A pocket door off the living area allows private en-suite access to the second bathroom.

The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a flat cook top, and granite countertops with plenty of counterpace. For grilling enthusiasts, there are charcoal grills on the property and all the grilling tools you need are provided in the condo. The dining area has a table with seating for six.

Our cozy office nook, complete with a wireless printer and 24-inch monitor, provides a sweeping view of the Gulf of Mexico. If you’re working remotely, why not do it from Navarre?

The Beach Colony Resort boasts a wonderfully maintained Olympic-sized pool, the largest in Navarre. One beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs are provided with your rental from March 1 through October 31.

The fitness center offers a full range of free weights and exercise machines. Play a game of tennis or pickleball with friends and family on one of two tennis courts. For the anglers in your group, the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, the longest on the Gulf, is just a five-minute stroll down the beach. Paralleling the road in front of the resort are miles of bicycle and walking paths. Within walking distance is Juana’s Pagoda offering beach volleyball and Jet Ski rentals.

Navarre Beach, situated between Ft. Walton Beach to the east and Pensacola to the west, is located on Santa Rosa Island between Navarre Beach State Park to the east and Gulf Islands National Seashore to the west. Navarre is a delightful small-town community offering great local restaurants and a relaxing laid-back atmosphere.

Golfing, shopping, fishing, kayaking, and much more are within easy driving distance. There’s something fun for everyone at this spectacular destination!

What an amazing VRBO space! Look no further for a home away from home, especially with kiddos. A thoughtfully decorated space, plenty of games, puzzles for the whole family. Hosts are responsive, cleaning staff excellent. Will definitely be back!

Lovely condo and property

The condo, beach and pool are perfect. Super easy walkway to the beach. The patios are huge with plenty of seating; unit 6B has a gorgeous view of the gulf, Navarre Pier and pool. Everything was clean and well maintained. We were very happy Hurricane Idalia stayed south of us but it provided some awesome waves and surf. Can’t wait to visit again!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The rooms were wonderful, everything was extremely clean! We absolutely loved the giant balcony with a breathtaking view! We have stayed in many condos in Florida and this was hands down the best! The access to the beach wagon and other supplies downstairs and a place to store them without having to take them in the elevators each day was a game changer! Loved having two chairs and an umbrella each day! The pool is giant and the kids loved it! Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and large smart TVs with all the apps! Just couldn’t be better! We will be back!

Absolute perfection!! I have been staying with the owner since 2016 in her other condo in the same complex. This condo is just as clean and accommodating as her other one. I do not have one complaint in 8 years. The property is beautiful! The beaches are my fave! And then to have a place that feels like home to lay our heads is priceless!! We flew in from Illinois & were so ready for a long overdue vacation. Navarre Beach did not disappoint. The views from this balcony are breathtaking & the Emerald Coast was on full display. The condo was stunning & spacious. The decor was beautiful! The pictures are beautiful but honestly it’s even better in person. The host has thought of everything. The condo is immaculate. Kitchen was well stocked & organized perfectly, the beds were comfy, the entire place was amazing. The grounds were beautiful, pool was fabulous. I cannot say enough about how much we loved our stay. A Slice Of Heaven For Six Days

My wife "LOVES" heading to the ocean and listening to the waves with her feet in the sand. Personally I am not a fan of the ocean and salt water in general having grown up in the north and having very clean fresh water lakes. But we head south every few years to satisfy my wife's love of the Ocean. This time I was pleasantly surprised with our southern experience. Shocked might be a better word. Our stay at our condo was comfortable and the view of the ocean was next to none. The Navarre area was filled with all of our needs and we felt very comfortable with our stay. Communication with "Trisha" the condo owner was effortlessly easy and everything that was advertised on VRBO was accurate. We had no surprises! God painted beautiful sunrises and sunsets during our stay .... We saw a shark ... sea turtles ... dolphins ... fish swimming ... and all kinds of birds. All said ... I would go back to this area and this condo in a heartbeat.

Amazing Condo, Beautiful Views

We felt completely at home in this wonderful space. The owner was very responsive and provided clear instructions via email well ahead of our check in day. When we arrived, a very helpful binder was in place that answered any questions we might have as well as provided recommendations for local places to eat and visit during our stay. The space was perfect for two couples and a child. It overlooked the Beach Colony West pool and had beach views with an easy walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony with coffee each morning and we spent a lot of time out there in the evening. All the furniture was comfortable and in great condition, including the patio chairs and loungers. The condo was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The number of dishes, pillows, blankets, bath towels, hand towels and beach towels provided was perfect. We enjoyed having a well-equipped kitchen with two coffee makers and nice pots and pans since most of our meals were prepared there. We had dinner guests several times during our week there and they all remarked that their condos weren’t nearly as well stocked as this one. There were even some extra beach things that we used like chairs, coolers, toys, and a beach wagon. The amenities at Beach Colony are nice as well. The pool is large and well kept. They provide carts to carry up your luggage or groceries, which was extremely helpful. We highly recommend this property for rental and would definitely stay here again.
