Nestled at the top of the city and at base of the Carmi Hills, this legal and licensed fully stocked, modern suite with a/c offers sweeping mountain and lake views from the balcony. Sleeps 4 comfortably. 100s of wineries, breweries, distilleries, artisans and restaurants within driving distance. Walking distance to miles of hiking/biking trails in this calm, clean and stylish space. There are new tennis and basketball courts, as well as a large soccer field and playground a 2 min walk away. The hospital is 5 min down in the valley.
You will enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the beach, yet you are only a 5 minute drive away from both beaches at Okanagan Lake and Skaha Lake.
Discounts for weekly and monthly stays available. Sorry, minors under the age of 19 not permitted.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Ensure all windows are closed and locked, lights, fans and stove elements are off. DO not run a/c all day please. This gets very expensive on electrical costs.
Garbage day is Wednesday morning - please ensure black/blue bin outside the house is placed curbside with handle facing the house the night before
The fire extinguisher is located inside the linen closet. SMOKING/VAPING/CANNABIS in the suite or within 30 ft of the suite is strictly forbidden. Any violation will result in immediate eviction.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No vaping, smoking or use of marijuana inside or within 50m of premises. Cold plunge on the patio is off limits. Violations will result in eviction.
Excessive noise violations will result in one warning. A second warning will result in immediate eviction.
Any damage or missing items should be immediately reported directly to the owner. Cleaners will be checking in to report any missing or damaged items.

Very comfortable accommodations and wonderful host

My friend and I stayed 3 nights and found the accommodations perfectly suited to our needs. Cozy, comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Ralf is is super-friendly and easygoing with great communication all through our stay. Looking forward to booking with him again in the future!

It was a fair bit out of the way but because we had a car it worked out okay.We liked the fact that he had an NFL package on his TV- that was a real plus for us

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet neighborhood, away from the party scene and bustle of the beach on Lake Okanagan. Within a 2 minute walk is a large soccer field, baseball diamond, playground and a network of hiking trails. The hospital is a 3 minute drive down the hill. As we are located in a higher elevation of the city, the views from our location are spectacular, with sunsets overlooking Lake Okanagan from afar. However, if beaches are your destination, we are only a 5 minute drive away from both beaches. In fact we are right in between Okanagan Lake and Skaha Lake. Skaha offers more green space for picnics, while Lake Okanagan offers more lakeside attractions, restaurants and watercraft rentals.

Impeccably clean, spacious, quiet and fully stocked with everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Kitchen includes all pots/pans/dishware, InstantPot, espresso maker, blender, food processor, spiralizer, toaster oven, Sodastream, wine decanter, etc.
