Peace Pond Acres in the heart of the Finger Lakes

Everyone is welcome at our secluded Cape Cod on 20 acres in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. Only 2.5 miles from the center of Naples, hiking trails, waterfalls, wine tastings, quaint shops, restaurants, golf course, leaf peeping, and only 15 min. to Bristol Mountain. Enjoy all the charm the Finger lakes has to offer from your centrally located homebase in Naples or make us your destination.

Canandaigua is approximately 30 to 35 minutes away and there is a lot to do in that area. Your best bet is to do a web search for what you might want to do.

We are 34 miles from Letchworth State Park that has scenic waterfalls & cliffs in a massive park with 66 miles of hiking trails, river rafting & more. 43 miles to Watkins Glen State Park which has Rocky cliffs, cascading waterfalls & scenic views from rim trails, plus lakes for trout fishing.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The base fee is for 6 people. Each extra person incurs a fee for the entire booking regardless of how many nights they stay.

My family of 6 had an excellent stay at Peace Pond Acres! House and property were exactly as described and the setting is absolutely beautiful. Dan was quick to respond to a question I had about the AC. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a quiet & relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the owners were very quick to respond to questions we had & were very generous & helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The property itself is beautiful and the house is nice, but unfortunately, our overall experience was extremely disappointing. There were several maintenance issues, but what really made this stay unpleasant was the owners' communication and handling of the additional-guest situation.We rented the home for five nights for six people. The listing stated that up to ten people could stay and said that additional charges may apply for additional people, depending on the property's policy. However, I could not find any clearly stated policy explaining that there would definitely be an additional charge, nor was the amount of that charge disclosed. If guests are going to be charged extra for exceeding the booked number of people, that should be clearly stated in the listing, along with the actual fee, before someone books.We were in the area for a wedding. This was not a party or a large gathering. I was staying with the bride's parents and a few close friends. There were four of us the first night, five the second, seven the third, and eight the final two nights. The home itself could accommodate up to ten people according to the listing.While I was attending a pre-wedding family event, the owners began messaging me about having to pay additional money because there were more than six people at the house. I was extremely annoyed that I had to stop what I was doing and deal with this during an important family event.

Maggie is wrong regarding this situation stating that there isn't any information regarding charges for extra people. I even sent here a screenshot of it and told her where to find it. It is clearly stated in the Pricing Settings for the property in the calendar under Additional Charges which includes cleaning and additional guests. It is unfortunate that she tried to have extra people and not pay for it. We were lenient in extra charges because we only charged for 1 extra person where we should have charged for 2 extra people. Clearly she is ungrateful for the break that she got. She needs to learn how to use VRBO. Anyone renting to her should monitor how many guests she actually has versus how many are booked.

We had an incredible time at the property! The shower was a little confusing and we realized after that there weren't any photos of the bathrooms on the listing. Kitchen was extremely well stocked, and when the fridge wasn't working Wendy was so quick to respond and helpfully fixed the situation. We would definitely stay again!

Birthday trip

This place is beautiful! It had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of towels at easy access and great quality. There were 8 adults and we were all impressed with the home.

Five minutes from the center of the village and yet you will find this to be a very private and peaceful place. The pond is large enough for swimming, kayaking, canoeing. Fishing is allowed with the bass and blue gill there for you to take.
