Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure the Thernostat is turned to the off position and the fan to the auto position
Placed used towels and sheets into the Hamper in the Laundry Room area
Please make sure to read the rules before booking. Rules are strictly enforced. There are absolutely no PARTIES or Get Togethers allowed! Only those that are on the reservation are allowed at the home
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Make sure garbage is in a bag and tied up and placed in the big garbage cans outside. Make aure the thermostat is turned off
Make sure dishes are cleaned up and no food left in the sink. Make sure all used linen is placed in the hamper in the laundry room.
Do not move any furniture from where it sits. Make sure all furniture and items are left where they were originally placed.

We booked this location based off of the accessibility to restaurants and stores and it was the perfect location. When we searched and looked at the pictures the pictures alone made us want to stay, but when we stepped in, the house had a comfortable cozy home feeling. It was a perfect stay with plenty room. It felt like home away from home.

My friends and I were thoroughly pleased with our stay. The check in process was smooth. We were so impressed with the amount of space in the home along with the simple yet elegant decorations. There was no ed broken when you came. Your guests that were not on the reservation broke the bed and I sent you the pics of it broken all the way down. For you to mention that here and as the only problem is really unfair and not true.

Pleasant Stay

Overall the house was a nice stay! The place is huge with two separate living rooms plus a formal dining and bonus room with more seating. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again!
