The home is very well appointed, clean, and quiet with a great outdoor area overlooking the water, and a fire pit! The host was very responsive to our requests and queries. I highly recommend this place, especially for a family with children.

We’ve stayed at this adorable, modern VRBO three times now, and it never disappoints! The space is always spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we need for a comfortable stay. It truly feels like a home away from home. The hosts are responsive and welcoming, and the location is perfect for both relaxing and exploring. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back again!

Perfect Spring Break Spot

We had the best time here with our toddler. Grandparents loved it too! Kitchen had everything we needed and more, everything was clean and playground was amazing! Can’t wait to go back.

This property is exactly as pictured, if not better! So so beautiful and clean. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were labeled (genius) and they had more amenities than other places (extra towels, lounging blankets, kitchen stuff). We spent most of our time by the water and I didn’t want to leave! LOVED it

This was our 2026 family vacation! Enough space for all 8 of us comfortably. We really enjoyed the backyard and fishing off of the dock. We had steak and s’mores and lots of fun with the games! About thirty minutes away is Glen Rose where we went on two excursions on a safari and dinosaur state park. It was a blast and we made a lot of memories. Thank you to our wonderful host! Nice Property

The house was very clean, modern and comfortable. Check-in was flawless. Nice area in the back for relaxing. Owner was very easy to work with. We would love to stay again when in the Granbury area.

Great Property!

The property was just as advertised! Our kids loved the playground and the house was very spacious and allowed our kids to have their own room away from the master bedroom. The kitchen had all the things needed to cook a meal! Check in process was very easy and our overall experience was great!

Fantastic modern getaway

Absolutely loved our stay at Moody Haven! Comfy firm beds, all you could want in the kitchen for cooking, everything clearly labeled, great living room for lounging, and the playground was a huge hit with our grandkids! And William was wonderful when we needed him. Couldn’t recommend this home more!

Excellent Long Weekend

The house and management were excellent! Checkin was a breeze and the instructions provided were clear and concise. The house was very clean and we were able to walk right in and relax. We have stayed at a few VRBOs and this property made the Top 5 for sure. We traveled with several young kids and this house was perfect for families. Thank you to everyone involved in this property for a wonderful stay!

Scenic Retreat!

Beautiful home, very clean and well stocked. The outdoor space is so well done (might suggest better lighting around the stairs at night), we enjoyed an evening around the fire pit! It is just a peaceful outdoor space.. We will most definitely be back.
