This is a gem of a place in Phinney Ridge. House is thoughtfully stocked with items you might need. The area is quiet and easy walking distance to restaurants, a couple of vintage shops, great coffee, and a there is a wonderful gelato place right on the corner. Hosts are very communicative and check in instructions as well as wifi info etc are very well summarized in a nice check in packet emailed day of. It was everything our group needed for a great annual girls trip reunion weekend. Would absolutely recommend to someone and would stay again. Thank you!

Sweet House

We have stayed in this lovely little house a few times. We love the neighbourhood and the close proximity to groceries and restaurants. The house is always clean and welcoming. Everything we need for a comfortable stay.

Feels like home

This is one of our favorite vacation rentals. I grew up in Seattle so it feels like coming home. Neighborhood is lovely with everything you need within walking distance. House is warm and inviting.

Superb home and location!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Each room feels at once elegant and comfortable, with a spacious and well-appointed kitchen and a soothing shower. A lush garden surrounds the home, making it truly an oasis. The street is quiet, yet a short walk up the hill brings you to a neighborhood grocer, shops and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again sometime!

Charming craftsman house

Had a lovely 5 nights. Only one block walk to commercial street with coffee shops, small restaurants, and an alley to a funky dumpster dive type art installation on the exterior side of a home! It’s a no shoe home (bring slippers or thick sox) which we appreciated. Kitchen was modern and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The electronic door system was on the blink so we had a little trouble getting in the first time. The front steps to the front door are charming as all get out, but they are steep and without a handrail. I enjoyed the somewhat wild and magical flora, just had to be mindful of where I stepped. Otherwise, this home was perfect and I’d definitely consider staying there again the next time I’m in Seattle :)
