Relaxing house, convenient location!

We always enjoy staying at this location. The house is conveniently located for trips into Tyler or enjoying water activities on Lake Palestine. Everything we needed for a family of 5 was readily available.

Peaceful family retreat!

This beautiful home is a peaceful get-away on the lake! Very comfortable for us all including my elderly aunt who has limited mobility. We will be back when we are out to visit her next!

Beautiful stay inside and out for friend getaway

View from the home and details of the interior exceeded our expectations from the pictures online. Our host was quick and courteous to respond to a couple of our questions during our stay , a wonderful stay and would come again!

Cozy Cabin

Very nice cabin. The road into the property is a little rough, but the properties on the lake are very nice (this cabin included). Clean and stocked, nicely decorated, comfortable. A nice stay.

Relaxing stay at a beautiful location!

Our family of 5, with 3 young boys, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Southern Breeze. The house & dock is set up perfectly for enjoying time on Lake Palestine & for trips into Tyler. We caught many fish & enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you for everything!

Everything was perfect. Southern Breeze is a beautiful place for a family get together. We loved celebrating our son’s graduation here. The kitchen was perfect for all the cooking that was happening…it’s fully stocked! It was so clean! The Christmas decorations were a nice touch! We all enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, smores out by the fire pit, and the sweet little cat, Blue Mae that enjoyed hanging out with us. I seriously didn’t want to leave! What a wonderful lake house! Thank you!

Annual fishing trip

Very cozy house has have everything you need nice boat dock. Looks like it would be a great place for a family spend summer, but we were there fishing me and my brother. Will look to revisit. Thank you for the accommodations

Beautiful Place

We very much enjoyed the house, very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the hot tub too, specially since it was too cold to fish! (at least for me) We definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back again!

Cozy cabin situated perfectly on the lake. Our stay in October was truly idyllic - the water was still warm enough for swimming and we had endless fun jumping off the dock. The lake bottom is sandy. The huge yard with tall trees made for excellent stargazing at night. The cabin layout was great for our family (2 adults, 2 children 5&7). The kitchen was very thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals, both inside and on the grill. I’d love to rent this property again. We made core memories I’ll cherish forever.

Quiet getaway- beautiful view!

Our weekend getaway to Southern Breeze was amazing! Veronica and Jessica made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The house was clean and cozy. Our kids loved the upstairs loft. The best part was the back porch and beautiful lake view! We can’t wait to return again!
