Built during the 1950s, Aloha is a Chandler, AZ roadside icon. It earned a full remodel and facelift beginning in 2020. Dirty Room and No One on Site to Make the Situation Better

I stayed for one night at the Aloha Motel. Upon check in around 5 pm, I noticed my room wasn’t super clean. The more I looked, the more I found of trash, stains, and even a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower, still wet from when it was used. When I messaged the property owner, he asked for video/photo evidence. I sent it to him immediately, but didn’t hear back until the morning. His resolution to this is taking with housekeeping…. That is all… and that he hoped I had enjoyed my stay. I’m disappointed that nothing was done to fix the situation or to even show that they understood how unsettling it is to pay over $200 for a room for a night to know it wasn’t cleaned properly. I do not recommend staying here.
