Conveniently located just off the 202 freeway and only 2 miles from Downtown Chandler's nightlife, arts, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy quiet luxury in this studio casita. Beautiful and safe, clean setting off a private fountain courtyard. Includes a very comfortable Tempurpedic Queen-size bed, nice linens, a personalized door code, a fire pit and BBQ, and amenities for that outdoor experience.
Small dogs are welcome for an extra charge per night. You must clean up after your pet on the front lawn. Please make arrangements for bringing your pet before your arrival.

Comes nicely equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and small refrigerator—NO FULL KITCHEN. The fire pit is available in the cooler months.

There is no kitchen or living room. It is like a hotel room.

Wifi is free, as is the DirecTV with streaming services. Parking is also free.

We love staying at this casita! Perfect location for us to visit family in the phoenix area. We bring our dog, and there is a nice area of grass out front for him, and a nice safe neighborhood for us to walk him. Everyrhing was clean, and had everyrhing we needed. Perfect for us!
