We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this pet-friendly beach house! The location is in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing getaway. My fur babies absolutely loved the fenced-in yard, and the short walk to the beach was incredibly convenient. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Has potential, great location

Yard around property was a mess. Needs a yard service so visitors to the property can enjoy the patio area. Umbrella was broken. Also, needs to spray for bugs. Spiders all over house along with ants (outside). Booked property because I thought I would have access to the garage to keep my Jeep in with the top off for the week. Garage was locked. Also master bedroom had no closet as it was locked as well. Slip cover on furniture were a bit annoying. Stretched out as week went on. Found four cockroaches in the house. The carpet in the bedrooms was very worn, ceiling fan in den doesn’t work and the kitchen cabinets were sagging. I moved plates around for fear they would give out at any moment. Lastly, the pillows were awful. There are cheap pillows then there are the pillows they provided. Please get some better pillows Location of the house to everything was amazing, easy walk to beach, nice quiet street. Beautiful trees in the yard. House with some updates and yard maintenance really could be a great vacation rental.

Needs new carpet but overall liked it

No closet in the master Horribly stained carpet in master Sagging shelves in kitchen Great location Great street 5 min walk to beach Would like more info on what goes in recycling and trash pick up day/s. If you want to go out to eat, esp a nice restaurant get reservations way before you come down here.
