Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our visit! It was walking distance to the beach with a gate entry which was wonderful. The place had everything we needed and more. It was very well thought-out and made us feel at home for a few days. Would recommend this location to anyone!

Great location with nice touches to make your stay comfortable

We enjoyed the location, with a short walk to the pool and beach. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Unit is nicely furnished with some nice extras like an adjustable bed in the primary bedroom and remote window blinds. Property was clean and comfortable and the owners were friendly and easy to communicate with.

Perfect few days

Would highly recommend - everything was as pictured / described. The beach was perfection - not crowded, front row access down an easy path. Close to St Augustine Beach for restaurants etc and close to town, but far enough away that we were out of the traffic etc. Would stay here again.

Saint Augustine Charm And The Beach

Beautiful condo with all the comforts of home, plus. Close to everything .Very clean with a great bed in the master bedroom and a private modern bathroom off of it with a great shower. We enjoyed our stay in the oldest ciry in the US.

Tough call… do I tell you the truth about how wonderful this place is and risk every one booking it or lie a say it was “okay” so it will be available for us next time? I’ll go with the truth… it was great. Quiet, laid back complex right on the ocean with a clean large pool. Steps from the ocean, lots of items for the beach, updated kitchen and furnishings and a great host. What more could you ask for? We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

We loved this condo! Close to the beach and pool also had a nice outdoor grill which used alot. The master bed was AMAZING better than my bed at home lol. They had a lot little extras at the condo that were really nice most places dont have give you such as bath products, coffee,creamer, beach supplies, laundry soap, etc. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place and the owners. The owners responded asap when I had a question. Overall amazing place.

Wonderful stay in beach side property close to attractions in St Augustine.

Accessing the property was seamless! However, be ready to climb up stairs which could be cumbersome with little ones and strollers.Working with the Property Manager was also a great experience. Any issues we raised were addressed immediately. The property is spacious and lovely. Everything we needed was already there. What a wonderful master bed mattress! We slept very well. Comforts of home away from home The second room has enough bedding space for up to 4 kids! The washer and dryer was the added benefit for us.The overall property requires attention.

Super cute and comfortable beach condo. Our family had a great time during our stay. The communication with the host was excellent! There were lots of thoughtful extras in the condo. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed except a pizza cutter Our favorite part of the condo was the location to the beach, it was perfect! Sunsets were amazing!!!My only suggestion would maybe have the cleaning company do a good deep clean. The condo was clean but there were some splashes of spilled drinks on the wall, some crumbs in the kitchen drawers, and visible dust and dirt behind the couch. But overall the condo was clean.We really enjoyed our stay, would recommend to others, and would love to stay here again.

This is our second time staying here. We love the location and the strong AC. The beach is absolutely wonderful and not crowded at all. My only suggestion is that the cleanliness be more thorough. In one bedroom my kids found a dirty pair of underwear in the floor. I’m not sure the last time the floors have been thoroughly cleaned. When chairs were reclined there was visible debris underneath, behind the sofa and around the edges of the rooms there was visible crumbs and such. There were piles of sand in the laundry room and on the actual washing machine.
