Perfect rental for relaxing and enjoying a lakeside stay. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The host was prompt in all communication and so welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
Tanner was a perfect host. There were not any issues. House was beautiful with amazing view. He was extremely accommodating to ensure our vacation was a dream!
Great weekend at the lake! The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and Tanner responded to any questions almost immediately! Will stay here again!
We loved our stay at Maritime Circle! Loved the set-up. The fire pit area and the dock was our favorite. The golfer in our family enjoyed the practice area. Great views. We would definitely come back!!
We loved the house - it was very clean and open and had been recently renovated. We spent most of our time down at the dock, the fire pit, the driving range. The little cove that the house sits on was ideal for our family to just laze around in the lake without the fear of boats zipping up and down. Kids were able to fish and at night the fire pit was perfect. Truly enjoyed our stay.
Absolutely wonderful stay here at this property. Great location and perfect for our family. The fire pit was a hit! Beautiful inside the house and outside on the property. Excellent, easy, and prompt communication from the host! Perfect for relaxing!
We stayed for a family gathering for Christmas. Open family room kitchen was great. Lots of places to sit in living room. Enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard - it felt private.
We stayed at Maritime Retreat during our trip to Tuscaloosa for Parents Weekend. Great place. Convenient to campus and activities. We would recommend it!
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Martime Retreat on lake Tuscaloosa! Tanner was a great host and communicated promptly with any questions we had. The kids loved fishing from the dock and caught some nice bass and catfish. We were also able to rent a pontoon from Redline power sports and pull it right up to the dock at the house. Thanks Tanner for sharing your home with our family! house. house
Tanner was a fantastic host and worked with us last minute to provide us with an incredible weekend! We enjoyed the deck and watching the boats go by! Very secluded. Nice neighborhood. We will be back!
We loved the property location. Short flight of stairs to the lake. Quiet, private & tucked away. Great outdoor area, nice deck and fantastic fire pit area. Comfortable living accommodations. We had two adults & three teens. Communication with owner was fantastic. Highly recommend.
Loved this property and all the activities available…clean and comfortable. The air conditioning went out the first day…I only mention this to point out the fact of how quickly they got it resolved!! I reported it at 7am and they had someone out to fix it in a few hours which was awesome. I would stay there again!
Perfect fit for some quality family time at the lake! The pictures are accurate and there was plenty of space in the house to stretch out. The dock is a good size with access to the lake by ladder. On rainy days there are added fun games for entertainment. Tanner is a wonderful host and very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to return next summer!
My daughter is a student at UA, and usually when we visit, we stay closer to campus. Since we were coming for the long Labor Day weekend, we decided to get a lakehouse for our home base.
It took us about 20-30 minutes depending on game day traffic to get to the University, but the drive is scenic and didn't bother us. We loved having the peace of the lake right outside.
Tanner was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. We had a very nice stay.
The Maritime Retreat was a great place to stay, and the largest draw for us was the lake. Floats were complimentary, but there is opportunity for further expansion of lakeside amenities, and this could be a win-win proposal. The interior was clean, and comfortable, and there were no major issues. We dropped our oldest off at AU, and look forward to returning as we are able to visit. Roll Tide.
