On The Beach -All The Amenities! Work in Paradise!

Stay right on the beach!! Hollywood Beach to be exact. Located right in between the Top 2 best places to visit in South Florida, "South Beach" and "Fort Lauderdale". Both 15-20 min drive. Both a must to visit when staying in this Beautifully located elegant apartment. I will gladly help you find the perfect places to visit during your stay tailored to your own likings. (Shopping, Eating, Beaching, Brunching, Clubbing, Boating, Kayaks you name it!

Other Things to Note:
There is a Resort Fee of $30 per 2 adults, charged once only upon check-in.

Parking Rates: $75 for a week, $100 for 8-14 days, $125 for 15-21 days, $150 for 22-31 days.

A $20 refundable deposit will be taken to use the device that opens the gate. You will get this deposit back at the end of the stay.

You will be given a bracelet to use the pool area. 6 Max.

You may get the fob and bracelets anytime from 9am-5pm.

Pets are allowed but must be registered service animal. Bring proof for the building. IF not a service dog the building charges a $250 Pet fee.

Washer & Dryer is $1.85 per wash & $1.85 dry.
There is a card that gets recharged to do the washes it costs $7 to get. (Only one-time)
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

A few issues at the onset but Isaac handled quickly and effectively. Nice place, overall a pleasant stay. The check in procedure was long and crowded. Friendly and helpful staff though.

Great unit overall, building has a few flaws.

The unit itself is amazing and exactly as described in the listing. The host is also super responsive! The few flaws we had did not detract from our overall enjoyment of our trip, and I would happily return. The building has most of the flaws. The only flaw in the unit is the beds could have been more comfortable. Building wise, the check-in process is difficult if you have a car and waiting in line to check-in or out was annoying. The building was also quite crowded at times which led to long waits for other things like elevators. The parking situation can be tricky if someone in your party has limited mobility as the garage has no elevators and spaces outdoors can be hard to come by. The building is tight on security which is great overall, but sometimes the rules felt a bit overkill. None of this actually affected my stay, just things I would of liked to know about the building.

Horrible Experience – Do Not Book This Property

This was the worst experience my family and I have ever had with a vacation rental. The property was completely misrepresented in the listing, and the conditions were appalling:1.Filthy Furniture: Nearly every piece of furniture was stained, with one chair having what appeared to be a bodily fluid stain. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable.2.Hazardous Conditions: The property was unsafe for my family, with several issues that made staying there impossible. None of these hazards were disclosed in the listing.3.False Advertising: The photos and description on the listing were entirely misleading. The actual property was nowhere near the standard depicted.We immediately reached out to the host to express our concerns and requested a refund, but they refused to issue any form of compensation or take responsibility for the condition of the property. This level of unprofessionalism added insult to injury and forced us to escalate the matter with Vrbo.Save yourself the frustration and disappointment—this property and its host are not worth the risk. Avoid at all costs.

Our host was excellent! Always answered us back quickly. However the inside of the Kitchen drawers, cabinets and oven were disgusting. There were tiny bugs crawling on the counter preventing us from storing anything on the counter.The beach chairs and umbrella were horrible and rusted. However we loved the balcony and the walk in shower but would probably not rent this unit again.
