Excellent value and location

Great location, views, large balcony, comfy furniture and King bed. You are in the secondary bedroom so it doesn't open up to the balcony but rather to the hall which is perfectly fine considering the price. A wonderful visit and we would happily go again!

Great room and beautiful view. Only downside was not being able to get the ceiling fans to work and couldn’t find sugar for coffee.

Spacious and clean property

This is a two bedroom, two bath property, with the main bedroom/bathroom closed off. However they rent it at a 1bd/1 bath price. Because of this, it has a much more spacious kitchen/living room and balcony than the 1bd/1bth rentals in the complex. It is very clean, bed is comfortable, is well appointed, and the facilities at Sonoran Sun are well maintained. Will stay here again when visiting Puerto Penasco.

Relaxation

This place was AMAZING the view was spectacular from the 8th floor. The condo was clean very comfortable. I didn’t cook or eat much there cause my family stayed in other condos on the 1st floor and did the cooking, but they had stuff available in the condo. Didn’t use beach toys but they were available so I thought that was cool. I will definitely stay here again if I come back. The resort was great.

Faulty equipment

The TV in the main bedroom did not work maint went but still did not work after they left. Drain in bathroom smelled like sewer and guests on pool were smoking in pool bar and putting cigarette in pool!

Regarding the drain in the bathroom and the issue with guests smoking in the pool bar and disposing of cigarettes in the pool, I deeply apologize for any discomfort or inconvenience caused.
