We had a great stay at Mayors Manor! Spacious for our group of five and quick access to the attractions, food, and shops. Due to the weather we were unable to enjoy the hot tub, however the hot tub looked relaxing. Would highly recommend this place to family/friends in the Chicago area!

Location is great - walkable to some lovely coffee shops & fun local places to eat. It was a very easy drive to downtown (15 minutes or so!) We are now fans of this area. The home has a lot of curb appeal, charming backyard with a hot tub (perfect for relaxing!) The hosts were friendly, hospitable & very responsive if we had a question.

Great location! Close to all the areas we wanted to visit. Outdoor area was nice, would be even better in warmer months. My daughter loved playing with the basketball (a small goal would be a nice addition!) We had hoped to use the hot tub as the temps were mid-60's on our first day, but with it being March the hot tub area had not yet been readied for the season. We loved the upper balcony. Garage parking was a huge plus! Location felt safe. Good communication from the hosts. Floors were kind of dirty, but overall the unit was clean. We would stay at this location again!

Great Hosts, Great Property, Great Location

Before and throughout the trip the hosts were very responsive and helpful. We fully booked the house and there was plenty of room for us in the common areas and backyard. The neighborhood around also has an excellent coffee shop, bar, and food areas within walking distance. Next time I bring a group to the Bridgeport area I’ll definitely try to book this property again

Bridal Stay

The overall stay was good. A pipe bursted and the property manager gave us access to the other property they had, until the problem was fixed. Thank you for the overall good stay, and the house smelled amazing.

Chicago trip

We had an awesome stay. Perfect place for a large group where you can chill out together after touring around the city. The neighborhood is quiet. It has 2-carport indoor garage. The property manager responded right away if you have any questions.

Weekend in Chicago

Your home was amazing! The kids absolutely loved it and so did we! There was so many things to do around the city but even when we were home we loved the games and toys that were there. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The property was very spacious and overall clean and well equipped with basic needed items. The property was conveniently located close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts communicated well providing updates as needed. There were no issues that occurred during my stay.

Wonderful neighborhood/location

Clean property with space for two small families, upstairs and downstairs. Great location, quiet neighborhood, with a nice local coffee shop within walking distance. Host was very helpful with local attractions, restaurant recommendations, etc. When the garage remote wasn't working, he came right away to repair it as we were using our car every day.

The property was very spacious and did accommodate our whole group. The location is pretty close to the tram station and easy to get downtown. The website description was very different than what the house really is. There is no Zen garden there is no sauna and the hot tub looked like it hasn't been used in a very long time, and was inoperable. There was no umbrella or shade in the backyard. The grill I don't think has ever been cleaned nor do I think it'd be safe to cook on it. It was very nice that the property allowed pets as we did travel with our 2 small dogs. However, there is no grass at the property. It's fake. There is a park a couple blocks away we took the dogs too daily to let them run around on real grass. The front screen door it's very hard to open and close. And you almost have to body slam into it to get it to shut. The key fob to operate the garage door doesn't work. And the only way to open and close it is for someone to stand in the alley and manually open and close it to get the car into the garage. The beds were very squeaky and uncomfortable. They threw a piece of foam on top of the mattress, which just made it worse. Overall, the house did suit us and took care of our needs. However, it was disappointing to see how different the description from the website was from how the house was actually

Great location!

5 coworkers and I cane to the area for business at the McCormick Place. Though, we knew it was too far of a walk, we preferred this location over other offerings closer to our meetings. The listing is very accurate. The property is clean with everything needed to cook and hangout. The host is very responsive and timely. It was a positive to have the private garage for parking as well. All in all a great option if coming to downtown Chicago. Only a few miles(20 min) to be in the loop. Thank You to the host for offering this location!
