Come stay at this picturesque Lake Martin getaway with a large private dock and beach area with a fire pit! The home features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms spread across the main house and an apartment. In the apartment, you will find a kitchen, dining, and living room area with access to 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. Inside the house, there is a king bed in the primary located on the main floor, and two bed rooms upstairs with a bathroom between them, making it perfect for those needing space! The house also features the main kitchen, dining area, and 2 living areas with gorgeous views. A quaint porch that is perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail is located right off the main living area as well. The kitchen is stocked with all major appliances including blenders, toaster, pots, and air fryer. Standard and Keurig coffee makers are available! Enjoy all Lake Martin has to offer with the canoes and kayaks available down at the beach! Your furry friend will love the spacious yard - pets accepted with a $150 fee.

Perfect for our Thanksgiving Celebration

Grandparents and both daughters families we needed 2 kitchens and every bed and this worked out great. Beautiful location and even the weather was perfect!

The property was in a good location. The property was a little run down and needed some TLC but beautiful.. We had no wash cloths and dog hair was on all the furniture.. I thought this was a no pet house but I guess not.. But we made great memories and that’s all that matters!!

Great property and location

Beautiful house and property, great location and stocked well with towels, kitchen items, etc. Very clean. Contacted property manager about defective key pad and they responded immediately. Thank you! Definitely needs some maintenance, as things wear out over time. Some items noticed were: Kitchen sprayer leaks, upstairs shower seal leaks, front right gas burner does not work. ALOT of spider webs inside and outside of house & landscaping needs tending to. Also noticed poison ivy crawling up large tree right on back deck.
