About the host
Hosted by Joann
I am not a property manager and this is my personal vacation home where I spend time. My intention is for the care put into them will be felt by guests. The best compliment is being told of the memories guests create and when they become return guests.
Why they chose this property
The Racquet Club neighborhood was built by the Alexander Construction Company in 1959 and designed by architects William Krisel and Dan Palmer as vacation homes. It's a fun place to walk around and look at the architecture.
What makes this property unique
The front is landscaped with desert and native plants but the backyard is lush with real grass, a tall privacy hedge and shade from trees and a patio cover. It's a welcome contrast to the all concrete, artificial turf and gravel backyards and the hummingbirds love it too.
