The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The beach towels were an especially thoughtful and convenient touch. The host was fantastic, and check-in/out couldn’t have been easier. Less than a 5 minute walk to town - highly recommend!

Five stars all around for Kate's wonderful home. The house itself is super cute, incredibly clean, and in a convenient location that made exploring the area so easy.What really set this stay apart was Kate's hospitality. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond by letting us store our bags on our travel days. While the 9:00 AM checkout is on the earlier side, we completely understood the need to get the house ready for the next guests—and her flexibility with our luggage made it a total non-issue anyway.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Kate's place was very nice. Comfortable beds and very nicely decorated. It's very close to downtown shopping and restaurants. Kate was very helpful with any of our questions and she went out of her way to help us. One of our friends got sick and she brought her a care package with medicine and snacks. Very thoughtful! I would recommend Kate's place, you won't be disappointed.

Kate was a great host- super communicative and helpful. The house was small but adorable and very well designed. We loved the location (about 10 min or less walking to the center of town) and the beds were comfy too! Would love to stay again.

First the positives. The house was very clean and included everything you could possibly need for a short stay in Nantucket. Very close to town and quiet. Kate is a great host with excellent communication. We were also able to get in the house earlier than 4PM which was much appreciated. I suspect the mid-week timing helped there. What could be better? Check-in is tricky due to entry in the back and the door is sort of hidden. 9AM check-out does not give you much time to enjoy the morning on your departure day. Hopefully that can be improved. There is only one small full bathroom on the first floor. If you have more than a couple, plan extra time for everyone tonight get ready. The 2nd floor bedrooms have low ceilings. No tall guests up there.

A jewel box in Nantucket! Loved the walking location to town and beaches. Easy access to busses and ubers. Perfect place to recharge after enjoying all the magnificent island has to offer. Enjoyed every minute!

Nantucket Charmer

A wonderful experience! Kate (owner) was always available with any questions and ready to assist. The place was incredibly well-designed for the amount of total square feet. We did not feel cramped. The kitchen was well equipped with any glass, dish, or cutlery item you might desire. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, and range looked to be brand new. The overall look and feel was flooded with charm and meticulously cleaned. Again, a fabulous property in the near perfect location five (5) minutes from town. We hope to be back next year!

Charming getaway

The house was great. Impeccably clean, super cute, and located about a 5 minute walk to town. The kitchen is well appointed, the bathroom is new, and the first floor has two cozy rooms for everyone to relax. In addition to the bedroom on the first floor, there are two bedrooms upstairs and although I wouldn't recommend them for anyone with mobility issues, we had fun climbing and ducking to get into the doorways at the top of the stairs. Once inside the bedrooms, they were large and roomy. We visited during a heat wave and to my surprise, the house was air conditioned. The check in/out process was seamless. Kate was a great host. My only regret is we didn't stay longer. We can't wait to come back.
