Relax with the whole family in this peaceful, centrally-located villa, only 10 minutes to the beaches and the world-famous Manuel Antonio National Park, and 5 minutes to downtown Quepos and fabulous Marina Pez Vela, with shops and restaurants. This is the best place to enjoy your vacation!

This is a small community of beautiful and charming villas, with a winding sidewalk through tropical and manicured mature gardens, that takes you to the pool area, making it feel like your own private jungle.

This canopy of trees also makes the wildlife abundant, with frequent visits from different species of monkeys: white-faced, squirrel, and the howler monkeys. You will also enjoy viewing the jewel-colored butterflies and listen to songs from many tropical birds, including flyovers by the scarlet macaws.

This particular villa has been recently remodeled to incorporate the patio inside glass windows to fully appreciate the greenery and is a free-standing building without connecting neighbors, adding to its privacy. Three air conditioners help you stay cool and comfortable while enjoying the tropical views. Excellent Wifi signal and a separate table and chairs that can be used for office space while teleworking.

Excellent property and location, with amazing host!

I loved this place. The host was amazingly responsive and the apartment was BIG. Felt more like staying in a small villa. Plenty of towels, amazing pool (complete with monkeys!!!), quiet and very small complex, lush green surroundings, and right between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The bus also stops just at the end of the road (maybe 50 yards from the apartment at MOST) which is very convenient. Great for families! I will make this my go-to spot for Manuel Antonio. Highly recommend.

Cozy condo community.

The pool was a big hit with my kids. The surroundings are beautiful and safe. The condo was comfortable. Easy to cook in. Parking is the only tricky thing. Nice place to explore the area. Would recommend to friends and family. Hosts were very responsive and helped us set up our tours.

My mother discovered this land back when the roads were gravel, no potable water, and hardly any stores in town because of our love of nature and the peace and tranquility we found here. We love gardening, being surrounded by trees, the wildlife, and laying under the shade at the beach. We hope to share this little bit of heaven with our guests.

Why they chose this property

This is the perfect location because it's only 1 kilometer into town so it's a nice walk, and the beach 10 minutes away by car or bus. And yet we have all this wildlife at our back yard!

What makes this property unique

It's a small community of 7 condos, where you can see sloths, macaws, monkeys, iguanas, and toucans more often than you can see people. When we do meet people at the pool, the visitors and residents are friendly and come from all walks of life. The pool is peaceful with the sounds of its waterfall and the birds singing, all nestled in a canopy of trees.
