Very clean; beds were very comfortable; kitchen well stocked with everything needed to make dinner here; beautiful setting; Kyle the owner is very quick to respond .
Great location for all must do activities in Oregon. We were able to visit Cannon Beach, the Hike of Ten Trails, and the Columbia River Gorge from the location. House was quiet and appointed with everything we needed.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
This place looks nice but after a closer look it was not very clean at all, there was weird random stray hairs in the freezer and the upstairs bathroom also had hairs and what looked like mouse turds next to the vanity. I couldn’t stand looking at it so I vacuumed it up myself. I guess the plus about staying at a vrbo, you can hopefully find a vacuum and cleaning supplies

This is simply not true. There are numerous reviews on VRBO and Airbnb that state the house is extremely clean.
Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful home. House was nice but limited comfortable seating in living room. Only two chairs but plenty of kitchen seats with a table seating 4 and island also for 4. We played pool and enjoyed time just being together Beds and bathrooms were very nice. Definitely pay attention to owners directions as GPS was confused and house is not marked. Overall a very nice weekend stay.
We had a lovely long weekend here. The house was perfect for 2 couples, but there was a Murphy bed if you needed space for 2 more people. Everything worked great, the pool table was a fun addition, and the setting is beautiful! Perfect spot to go to Dundee area, McMinnville or Salem. Nicely located between all the areas so a short drive gets you to new places. Kyle was very communicative and entry was super smooth! Would recommend this place, and we are already thinking of booking a return visit.
Great location between Wilsonville and Newberg, home was comfy and had plenty of essentials (towels, bathroom supplies, coffee & coffee maker, bedding). Upstairs has a king bed, bathroom, and a loft area with a giant couch, tv, and Murphy bed. Downstairs has another bathroom, king bed, and pool table, along with kitchen, sitting area, and patio. House has great A\C, plus heat and fireplace for colder weather. We were visiting family who lived locally, and this was a great home base to rest and relax. Terra Vina Winery just 10 min down the road and a great experience for wine tasting.

There is one staircase to access the second floor of the home. This does not warrant a 3 star review. Our listing is new to VRBO. The same listing on Airbnb has 4.89 stars, 76 reviews and is a guest favorite. Thank you
