We liked the ease in which we could get around. The manager is responsive. For our first time to London, i think it was good

Location was good. Just never read the fine print.
I didnt know there was going to be sharing the unit with someone. I would of went elsewhere. But we stayed and delt with it. It also smelled like cigarettes. Other than that. It was what you pay for.
You have many buses lines to take to activities in London. Has some restaurants around to eat and supermarket close. Was not the entire place for us but was good stay.

Get a hotel
Different than described. Shared living space with host. I got date wrong-only needed 2 nights not 3. Host did not issue refund for shorter stay. Good experience of British living but would rather stay in hotel for same price. Host at location was kind.
This apartment was convenient, quiet, clean and secure and had all the amenities needed. It was just a block from the double decker bus stop and was pretty easy to manage with map app. Also, grocery store and the tube just a few blocks away. Property caretaker was very helpful with info for travelers and got us off to a good start. Owner was also available if needed. We saw lots of central London sights!
They were super accommodating with us dropping off our luggage early. But the smoke smell was very overwhelming. The price would have been justified with the very uncomfortable beds and only 1 clean towel per person the whole duration of our 5 night stay, but I would not stay there for free knowing what I know more. My brother and I both got sick and were miserable the last 2 days of our big trip.

Ok place outside main attractions area
Ok place to stay if you are in a crunch and have nowhere else to stay. I found the place last minute so itâs better than spending a lot of money elsewhere. Able to transverse throughout London from this location through public transit. Flat is tiny and still has to be shared with another family. Luckily we were never in each otherâs way. Hostâs family member who stayed in other room was nice and helpful.
That was a very good stay. The rooms, toilet, toilet, kitchen all well clean and well set up for a short time stay. 24 hours access bus to anywhere in Central London. Feel like your home.
The only thing I don't like was the strong fragrance of Cigarettes. The whole flat having strong cigar smell. No matter which perfumes you use. The cigar smell is stronger than that.
Otherwise the stay is perfect. I give 5â
The apartment doesn't match with the photos. It is a dark and dirty place. Beds are too old and and sheets with stains. The worst thing was the smoke coming out of the room of the person who lives there, which permeates the whole apartment. It stinks that much we could not stay more than one out of the four nights we paid in advance. The wellbeing of my family comes first than money or anything thing else. And when I try to communicate with the host only by phone, he invent poor excuses to avoid giving a refund. It's terrible how people make business out of crappy places. Definitely feeling ripped off.
The property is older, with the toilet in a separate room down the hall from the rest of the bathroom. The kitchen is just a small fridge and microwave in the second bedroom. It is very close to busses and seemed safe at night.
