Value for money was great, location was perfect. Concierge on site is a true diamond. Communication with property management through the app was super quick, responsive and helpful. The flat itself is accurately described so expect some scuffs and a slight lack of perfect polish in the flat itself- if you recognize that upfront and adjust expectations accordingly, the location, convenience and value are tremendous. The location was amazing. A beautifully upscale and wonderfully walkable neighborhood with fantastic restaurants, pubs, coffee shops all within strolling distance, as are two underground tube stations. Will definitely book again when I come back to London.

Hosts were amazing. Our toilet was clogged and full of waste when we got there. Surprised the cleaners didn’t catch that. The hosts offered us a different place to stay which was nice. There was also a bandaid holding up one of the windows. Stains all over the couch, which were covered with a sheet. We also got locked out of the bedroom and the keys did not work. So we had to call a lock smith to drill the door open, the hosts did refund us for this cost thankfully. Definitely got what we paid for bare bones place but great neighborhood. Easy check in and out. Very nice they filled the ice trays for us and had laundry detergent and toiletries.

Beautiful flat in an incredible location! So convenient to some excellent restaurants & shopping, as well as the Sloane Square & Victoria tube stations! Highly recommend this flat!!

The location was excellent with easy access to everywhere we had to go. The downsides were more, there is no direct number to contact City relay. Everytime we called we got lettings team and it was painful. There seemed to be no one in the guest relations team. The whats app message response time was also slow. There is no microwave or television in the apartment. These are usually minimum standard in short lets. There was no change of sheets in the 4 weeks we stayed there. When we enquired we were told had to pay a bit extra for change of sheets. The ensuite bathroom had mold and the rug in the master bedroom was stained. There was no vaccum cleaner in the apartment and we had to go all the way downstairs to share the one used in the building. The central heating didnt work but it seems they already knoew because they had 3 portable heaters in the apartment. We asked for someone to please come and check the heating but they just wouldnt insisting instead that we send pictures and videos via whats app. Overall it wasnt the best experience.apartmentwhich we took

appartamento arredato in modo molto superficiale e altreattanto superficialmente pulito, privo del TV, lampadine fulminate, moquette macchiata, polvere dappertutto, peli nella doccia e nella vasca in posizione centralissima e perfetta sia per prendere le metro che per spostarsi a piedi o con i mezzi.

Die Größe der Wohnung und die Lage sind gut. Auch die Bäder und die Küche sind neuwertig. Leider waren die Teppichböden fleckig, Die Gardinen schmutzig und zerrissen, Die Heizung und das Warmwasser gingen erst nachdem der Hausmeister die Heizung repariert hat und das Sideboard im Wohnzimmer war kaputt. An den Wänden waren viele Fleck. WLAN gab es nicht sowie auch keinen Fernseher.
