Our 13th year hosting in Muskegon .Half block walk to the beach.Fresh water sea breezes, perfect for two guests. One queen bed. You can walk to two beach restaurants, dance in the sand, walk 2 miles of shoreline or dune trails. Huge groomed and sifted sandy beach just half block away. Great outdoor experiences here. Biking,hiking,fishing,boating,ship watching,water sports, kayaking. And many eateries, submarine museum, brew pubs, distilleries, drive in theater, etc. You could shoe horn one more person in. Ask us for a roll away bed

Yes we are perfect for just two. Walk half block to the beach with 2.4 miles of Lake Michigan shoreline. And walk to the Deck restaurant and dance in the sand. Or sit on the patio and hear the waves when the wind is up.

We had an absolutely wonderful visit and would highly recommend to others. Quaint home with everything you need and walking distance to the beach. The owner is fabulous and allows you privacy or provides assistance when needed.
This mama visited everyday. Friendly and waiting to be fed.

Small but right sized for two

I was a little apprehensive but everything was as advertised. It was a little pricey for us on a fixed income but we enjoyed the locations closeness to the beach.

We are great for two guests who want to walk to 2 great restaurants, dance in the sand, or walk our quiet 2.4 miles of white sandy beach. The county sifts the sand here so we are at a popular beach you can see from the patio

Very convenient to the beach, walking distance and free parking. The place is small and practical. The bedroom was very warm at night with no fan or ac. Overall would stay at Glos again next time I am in town!

Perfect location but

Description & amenities need to be revised. No washer & dryer. Says sleeps 3 but only one bedroom with a queen bed. A cot was provided for my daughter which was ok. Also, the shower was super small. My husband is 6'7 and did not fit. It's like an camper size shower. But location is right across the street from the lake and that was perfect. Check in process was easy. Owner checked in over our 4day stay.

There is a washer and dryer in Glos basement we allow our guests to use. Our Property is ideal for two. You can shoe horn in a third. Ask and we will provide a roll away bed and linens. Our shower is a stand up unit with great water pressure :). And yes some nights you can hear the waves - we are that close to lake Mi and the Deck eatery

The host was great - prompt and clear in all communications. Super accessible and helpful but also happy to stay away if not needed. The location is terrific - a two minute walk to the beach. Parking was easy and right at the curb. The beach was ideal - groomed and sandy and not crowded. The only possible hiccup is the window air conditioner. The listing said "air conditioned" and we assumed central air because it wasn't specified otherwise. The window unit is located in the main space and did fine for our days that were not super hot, but I imagine on truly hot summer days it would struggle to keep up. A fan in the bedroom would have helped move the cooler air into it a little better. Other than that, everything was perfect and we would recommend the property to others.

This is a great location and space! We had a great time. The place was very clean and well stocked. Its very cute and comfy for one or 2 people who want to sleep in the same bed. Property manager is nice and communication is great. Notes:The listing said there was a Queen bed and a Futon, but there is no futon. What is pictured is only a regular couch and no linens were in the rental for the couch. We were offered a roll-away bed and linens were provided after we asked. Also, there is no washer and dryer. It is possible to use the one in the basement of the adjacent house when it is available which was not what was expected. The amenity is mentioned twice in the listing so we were surprised there was none in the rental. We did not see the kayak so I assume you'd have to ask about that. We definitely would stay again, but make sure to compare the value with properties that have 1 bed.

The listing options to show we can accommodate a second bed is a futon. We provide a roll away upon request in this small space. The washer/dryer is in the main house basement. It is available for use during the day. Our kayaks are kept at the marina down the street. We put in there. We look to help make it a great stay
