This villa is 2 levels with the main living space located on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to make any meal. The dining room seats 6 with 2 additional barstools located at the kitchen peninsula. The open floor plan makes this space perfect for entertaining with comfortable living room furniture and a sleeper sofa! A desk is located in the living space, perfect for anyone working remotely. The private balcony is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or simply taking in the scenic views of the moss drenched oak trees.
