The house was bigger than expected. It’s clean and has very amenities. Very easy to find. Great location. Near restaurants and stores. The pool was a plus. It reminded me of back home in Connecticut. Was able to connect with the host withno problems. It was very convenient for me since i was closed to families. Would stay again.

Great communication, easy check in process and a really comfortable and cozy house. The house has everything you need—smart TVs in every room, a stocked kitchen, even a basket of blankets in each TV room. The info provided before your stay has everything you need to know to make your stay effortless.

Great stay!

This cute, well-appointed home was the perfect place for our family to stay for a wedding weekend. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient to downtown and the beaches. We enjoyed the pool and the private outdoor space. The house was in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Where do I start??? Checking in was a breeze. Location of the house was close to everything. Host was very polite and quick to respond. House was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The pool was so freshing after having spent all day at Anna Maria Island and Holmes Beach. We appreciated the cute little coffee corner. Showers were nice and hot, perfect water pressure. Beautiful plants surrounding the property. I absolutely loved the huge plumerias trees!!! We will definitely rebook in the future!!!

Wonderful for kiddos

I'm always looking for properties that are truly kid friendly. This place provided a very safe pool environment (locked access so no kids can enter without adults!) with pool toys and life jackets. The pool heat was amazing as it was a bit of a chilly week. Couldn't believe how warm the pool stayed. In the house there was also toys and games and extra snuggly blankets. There was also a wide variety of plastic dishware that was dishwasher safe. The property was very clean and less than 3 minutes from Grandma's :-) no issues with check-in or checkout and not a long list of cleaning items on checkout day! Very nice experience here. If you have kiddos then this place is a great pick.
