We loved the house! The pool and lanai were our favorite place to hang. The beds were comfortable. The host was super helpful with our questions and very quick to respond. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was a great place to stay, the host was very communicative. We had an excellent time and would stay here again! The bug and pest control at the property was excellent during the heat of the summer. The only criticism we had was that the pool liner was chipping in several spots and seemed to get worse as the days went on.

Stayed here for lacrosse tournament at IMG. Cute clean house with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, beach gear, and a beautiful lanai and pool.

The property was as depicted and very well appointed. Communication with the management company was excellent and we found them extremely responsive. We were there for a month and wish we could have extended our stay. Hopefully we will be able to rent this property again next year.

Fun in the sun Bonita Springs

We had a great time the house was clean and only 5 to 7 minutes from the beach. The pool and hot tub were fun. We were also glad we could bring our dog.

This is a beautiful home nestled in a wonderful and safe neighborhood , just a few minute drive to our favourite beach , we enjoyed the location, the coziness and well designed home , the down fall was that 2 out of the 4 rooms weren’t cooling as well as the others and if we lower the temp so that the two rooms were sleep-able then the other areas were unbearable. Besides this the stay was super pleasant and hosts were quick to respond to our needs . A beautiful home , inside and out . The outdoor seating and pool made for nice afternoons and evenings . We truly felt at home here . Thank you to the hosts .

The bunk beds were wobble. Had to roll up living room carpet. It was real wrinkled and was a falling hazard for my mom. Only enough necessities for a couple days.Uggg

We inspected the bunk beds and found them to be stable and in good working condition. We also removed the living room rug and will be replacing it with one that lays flatter to help prevent any potential tripping concerns. We’re disappointed that we were not given the opportunity to address these concerns during your stay. We sent a mid-stay message specifically to check in and see how everything was going, but unfortunately did not receive a response. Had we been made aware of these issues at the time, we would have been happy to address them promptly and do everything we could to improve your stay. We value our guests and take pride in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-equipped home. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and have already taken steps to improve the property for future guests.

Honest review of a great vacation rental

What a great find! House was freshly remodeled, had all the amenities we needed. The communication from the host was 1st class. If you are looking for a great vacation rental that has it all, close to town, in a nice neighborhood, this is it. Oh, one more thing which is so important to me, they have comfortable beds!!!

Clean beautiful home

We loved our stay here :) overall very clean! Amenities were plentiful in kitchen and for beach. Owner was very communicative. The pool was a little on green side but it was clean and warm .. I think maybe the chlorine was a little low but was still clean enough that our 13 year old took a few late night swims :)

10/10 Stay in Updated Home!

We would absolutely recommend this home for a beach vacation! As soon as we walked in, we could tell it has been recently updated. It was clean, well kept, and had plenty of space to accommodate our group as well as everything we needed. It was a great location and just a short drive to Anna Maria Island. The weather was a bit too cold outside to swim but was relaxing to sit by the pool. We will definitely be back and can’t recommend enough!

This home was such a wonderful space for our stay. We were able to completely unwind and relax during our time there. The home was beautiful, the pool was perfect, and the location could not be better. We could get to IMG, the grocery/target, and the beach in less than 15 minutes. We would absolutely love to stay here again.
