This welcoming, air-conditioned home boasts a beautifully decorated open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Come back from a refreshing swim in the pool to spread out comfortably in the inviting living area, furnished with a comfy sectional and a TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up tasty masterpieces for the group, including a dishwasher for quick clean-ups. If you are planning an extended stay, the home offers a designated laundry area with a washer/dryer. The primary suite enjoys a TV and an exquisite en suite bath with a jetted tub in the corner, a shower, and a double vanity.

Things to Know
Pool heat is available from October 1 through May 1 with a minimum requirement of three days.
The home has a purifying water system.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
