This is the second time we've stayed in one of the owner's properties. This villa is a home from home and has a very well equipped kitchen. The villa was exceptionally clean when we arrived, which we always appreciate in rental properties. The location is great, near to shops, restaurants and theme parks, but in a quiet area within a friendly neighbourhood - it feels very safe and is well maintained. Absolutely no complaints, we hope to be back again soon!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and couldn’t have been happier. It was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool was an added bonus and well equipped with chairs and sun loungers. Also the location was excellent, with easy access to the airport, shopping, restaurants, and all the major Orlando attractions. At the last minute, our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for later that evening. The host was incredibly understanding and generously allowed us a later checkout, which made a stressful situation so much easier. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Orlando and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping make our holiday so enjoyable!

We arrived to a clean well lite house. The house is well maintained and the kitchen had everything to prepare meals. The owner was great in checking in with us during our stay and was very responsive. We mention to her that if she was paying for landscaping her landscaper might have missed her house. Within an hour a landscaper was at the house taking care of the yard.We were disappointed that one of the screens on the pool enclosure was broken allowing bugs into the pool.Suggestion: lower the height of the master bed. We are over 5'7" and it was difficult to get in and out of bed.

The host was very prompt at getting my reservation straightened out. Everything was as stated very clean and everything you needed to cook meals. The pool was great after the record low freezing temperatures that followed us south! The master bed was very comfortable & bathroom was huge! I would book this house again.
