Great neighborhood

Its a nice quiet neighborhood. At night you can (barely) see the fireworks from Disney. Which was a nice surprise. Loved the wild cranes, rabbits and raccoon we sawin the yard. The house was ok. But the garage needs a good cleaning. The pool area needs to be pressure washed, the floor was littered with ashes dirt.

Disney Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious enough for our family of 6. It's close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's only about a 20 minute drive to Disney. We had upgraded the pool to be heated but didn't get a chance to enjoy it because we got back to the house late every evening. The games in the game room could use an upgrade. Orlando Rent A Villa is very easy to work with and responds quickly. We will definitely use them again.

Great house for a family

Overall the house and amenities were great! House was clean updated and location was good. Only had two negative with our stay: 1) we were not told or aware that there was new development being constructed behind the house to we had to hear construction noise during the whole stay. Very disappointed with that seeing we vacationed here from a large city and wanted peace and quiet. 2) pool cleaning guy showed up unannounced and just entered the back. Would have been nice to know this in advance. Was a bit startling to have someone just show up and enter the property unannounced (also not wearing any kind of company uniform).

Exactly what we needed and more

There was a negative review of this property published to vrbo DURING our drive from MN to FL, so we arrived nervous at what we might find. Happily, our concern was unwarranted -- we were thrilled with the property. The unit was immaculate when we arrived -- everything fresh, clean, and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the linens and dishware were well stocked. The kitchen and bathrooms all had plenty of storage space. We have never stayed in a property with a lanai but wow, what a treat! Even though our visit was too cool to use the pool, it was still fun to eat and read by it. The game room "toys" are a little worn, but still work great and our family enjoyed them, especially the basketball hoops. Our favorite part was the neighborhood. The houses are pretty, unpretentious but well kept. Neighbors were friendly, even to us renters. And we LOVED the open space behind the property -- great for a game of catch or throwing balls for our dog. Something else fab about the property not mentioned in the listing is there are some very peaceful trails that extend out of the open space behind the property. We walked these daily. The neighborhood itself has lots of sidewalks and also is great for strolling. We had a couple maintenance issues during our stay -- one drain became plugged and a toilet lid broke. Both times the management company had the issues fixed within hours of our requests. Bottom line, we were very happy with our stay here.

Exactly as Advertised - Fantastic!

We spent 6 nights at this house with 1 couple (30's), 1 adult (30's) and 3 kids--ages 4, 9 & 14. We had a fantastic time--everything was as advertised. It truly was about 15 minutes from Disney, and we spent more time at that convenient Walmart than I'd like to admit. The house was extremely clean when we arrived and the kids had fun exploring every area of the house--including searching for geckos in the backyard. The pool was fantastic though I wish I had sprung for having it heated. (Even though it was in the high 80s/low 90s during the day in April, the water was still a bit too cold for the older folks at night.) One small drawback was the lack of a pool light which made it harder to swim at night. I think the bulb may have just been burnt out, but we didn't complain. As to the rooms--they were almost exactly as pictured. The giant tub in the master bath was amazing after a long day of walking around the parks. Additionally, the rooms were spaced out nicely to give everyone their own privacy. Cooking in the kitchen was very easy and they had enough utensils for everything. One other minor glitch was that the grill wasn't working very well so it took a VERY LONG TIME to cook our food. I would suggest checking out the grill before you buy lots of food for it. Also, this house is walking distance to the basketball/tennis courts if you're so inclined. Overall, I VERY HIGHLY recommend this house! The adults had a great time, the kids had a great time--it was so much beter than staying in a Disney hotel because we had our own private pool (and separate rooms) to return to after those long hours at the parks.

My husband and 3 kids and I arrived very late at night after driving 8 hours from the panhandle, and when we got inside the place wreaked of cigarette smoke. Luckily, I had packed my own Lysol wipes and Febreeze, but we still had to sleep with the windows open to air the place out. There were very few towels for showers, no toilet paper except 1 roll in 1 of the bathrooms, and there was someone else's hair balls left in the bathtub, and also no pillowcases on the pillows...I had to find some in the linen closet at 2 am and put them on. After getting up in the morning, we found that the pool was absolutely filthy and unusable (greenish water, black dirt on the bottom, and an oily film across the top of the water) the floors inside the house were so dirty that they turned our feet black, there was bags of trash piled up on the side of the house, ground up food and dirt in the rugs, dead bugs in the corners, crumbs and cup rings on the glass table. We got in touch with the management company and they sent someone to clean while we were out, but they did literally NOTHING. The house looked exactly the same when we got back, except that the alarm was set so we knew someone had been there. I bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the house, and we borrowed towels and pillows from the family that we were in town visiting. The kids were very disappointed in not being able to use the pool, and I was not happy about it either because we paid extra to be able to have a pool for the kids to play in. We are in Clermont every other month visiting family (it's our hometown and we just moved away last year) and we were hoping that we'd finally found a comfortable, affordable, convenient place to stay when we come back for visits, but we were so disappointed and will not ever stay here or use Eagle Management again. It was such a waste of our time and money.

Fraudulent advertising no pool table . Pool to swim not healthy and is all broken with debris

This place false advertising dirty with dishes utensils cups inside the cabinets . Coffee stains on floor that been sitting there for months spilled was so nasty crusted behind the couch . Back floor on the master bedroom . Pool was missing top panel of screen and the debris of the tree was inside the pool . The pool is very unsafe cracked steps with cement Debra of the pool . We could not use the pool I have all the pictures to sub stain this write up . False fraudulently advertising that this home was clean and pool can be used and the game room in garage has pool table . No cable tv you need to have rouku password or your own app code passcode which we could not watch our playoffs football game or any tv station . You need a code I call they never fix that that was also fraudulent advertising to the consumer . Once you check in they want you to drive to there office when we already paid for the house send copy of driver license copy of credit card copy of our utilities bill that matched our address of our driver license credit card and bills . They kept harassing me to go to the office when we have plans for vaction not visiting there office . I have written send pictures of the place I ask for compensation for the false of advertising they never responded . They just send me letter stated they took away the pool table they could not replace the dart board had only 2 darts and the fuz table had no balls . On my eight day stay they came with darts and the balls for the fuz ball table . The basket ball hood that in the garage so call game room the balls did not have any air in them to bounce to shoot the balls , I will have abc on my side to collect some kind return payment due the amenities was not working or it was not available at site as promise when we purchase the home . It has dirty pots pans and old nasty . No handle on pot the pots are old Rusty . This home needs a big up date for this community run down needs a lot work . The place smell like dogs real bad smell . We are not happy with the stay the lies of false fraud advertising. We will take action .

Filthy home, in need of major maintenance and cleaning.

We have been using VRBO for over 2 decades and this is the first time I would have ever considered a charge back! If it were not the Holidays I would have demanded a move to a more suitable location. The home was filthy, floors sticky and turned our socks black. We were awakened at 2am by the smoke detector which obviously had not been maintained, my husband had to get the ladder and disconnect the alarm, the ladder was busted and he nearly fell. The linens and towels were stained and the bed sheets smelled of perfume so I had to wash all the sheets upon arrival. When I removed one of the mattress pads there was crumbs of food. The pool had huge red ant hills around the deck so we could not enjoy the patio. In one of the twin rooms the outlet is busted and the plug in lamp only had one prong, good thing we didn't attempt to plug in or we could have been shocked. The blind cord in the kitchen was tangled to the point that we couldn't raise the blinds to get light in. In the kitchen cabinets there was a container that wasn't washed and smelled of fish plus there were dirty ashtrays in the pantry. This property needs major cleaning and maintenance before relisting!

Moving complications and VRBO helped us tremendously!

We stayed here as opposed to a hotel as this location accommodated pets and allowed our family the space that a hotel room would not. Our move to a new home was full of complications and setbacks and when they again moved back our closing date, the VRBO team was quickly able to extend our stay. They were very helpful and definitely the one moment we could relax. I am very appreciative of the homeowners for the home set up as it allowed pets (we have a small dog and a cat) and for the property manager for working so efficiently with us.

Home away from home

We love this villa and its location. So much so, we have rented it three times and will rent it again in 2012. For most of the month there were just two of us but the house is spacious enough to handle our children and grandchildren when they come for a visit. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby and you can rely on Eagle Management, particularly Veronica, Jen, David and Lloyd to respond to any questions/concerns in a timely manner.
