Swan on the Lake with Kayaks, lake frontage, fire pit and screened in porch

Enjoy a lake front cottage. Lake Hamlin is a great place to fish, ski, tube or just kick back and relaxing. Have a glass of wine on your private screened in porch. Bring your fishing boat or pontoon boat. We are perfectly situated just 3 miles to the State Park and just 5 miles to town. Swan offers WiFi and a full private kitchen, living/dinning room, 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom. Enjoy sunsets and a firepit. There is a gathering place for rainy days with ping pong and foosball. A fish cleaning station is located on the property to clean the catch of the day and of course the beautiful private sandy beach. There is a park located right across the street, where there is a boat launch and a playground with swings. There is a gas grill that take small propane bottles(not provided).
Swan is nestled in a small community of houses. Swan is a duplex with a mirror image next door, Dove. Ludington is a great place to ride bikes.

This a great property right on Hamlin Lake. It is very laid back. There is a boat slip available to rent and you can set out on Hamlin Lake. The cottage is supper cute and cozy.

The view is great! I love that it is right across from the State Park and you can Kayak over the the water trails.
