Our pet-friendly home offers a large, fully fenced backyard perfect for your furry friends. The home features three luxurious king size beds and a fun twin trundle for the kids. You can relax around the cozy indoor fireplace or enjoy a BBQ on the outdoor grill. The backyard is a wonderful area for dining and entertaining and a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. And with a full kitchen, you can easily prepare meals for your family and friends.

As you drive towards the heart of Fredericksburg, Texas, exit the highway onto Main Street, the vibrant artery of this charming town. Proceed through the picturesque downtown area, where historic buildings and local shops beckon with their hill country charm. After passing the iconic Marktplatz park, make a left onto S. Adams Street, and continue until you reach the tranquil crossroads of W. Austin Street. Here, take a right turn and immerse yourself in the serene residential ambiance. Shortly after, N. Acorn Street will greet you on your left, a peaceful enclave nestled among towering trees and welcoming homes. As you turn into N. Upon arrival at your destination on N. Acorn Street, feel free to park in the driveway. It's spacious, convenient, and ensures your vehicle is ready for any local excursions you choose to embark on.

Due to the colder weather in the winter months (January, February, and March), we do not heat the pool, as it's not ideal swimming weather, and the maximum heat it will reach is 85. However, the hot tub is always heated and ready for you to enjoy. Upon your arrival, you may check the temperature and please adjust it to your liking.

Special Note: Our pool heater helps maintain a comfortable water temperature during the milder months, especially on cool nights in the shoulder season. However, when outdoor temperatures drop below 50°F, the heater cannot fully warm the pool, and guests should expect the water to remain cool during very cold weather.

☼ Age Requirements: In compliance with local regulations, all booking guests must be 25 years of age or older. Any guests under 25 are required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout their stay.

☼ Pet fee: A pet fee of $100 per pet, with a 45 lb limit, max of 3 pets only and 45lb limit each as well. Please note that the pet fee is not automatically included in the total and will be added after your booking is confirmed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of this property. We’ve installed a Wynd Sentry smoke detector in each room, which detects recreational smoke. If any guest violates this policy, a $500 fee will be charged. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all our guests!
